My plan is being cancelled even though I have already paid for the renter insurance for the year. I received an email that says that my plan was not paid for but I have a receipt and statement from 1/7/24 which stated that I was charged as well as the charge on my bank statement. I was double charged for insurance this year and when I reported it to the offices, I was told it was not double charged on the phone however it came up twice on my bank statement and never dropped off so I disputed the charge. I have already paid for the year and will provide all necessary documentation so that my plan is not cancelled. I have contacted my bank who confirmed that the dispute was resolved and accepted because I had in fact been double charged. The website even has my charge listed as which matches my bank statement all dated for 1/7/24. I want my plan reinstated and a formal written apology from the business for the 3 months of back and forth when I have never had this issue before so I do not understand why I am being held accountable for an error on their end.Attached to this compliant is everything I have submitted to the business in regard to this dispute up until today.
