Hello, I purchased two case logic computer bags for $5.00 each coming to $10.80 with tax. There was also a free shipping code FSDEALS I applied at checkout. I was charged the $10.80 then another subscription based $6.47 for their $5.99 membership that they charge tax on. This was on June 22, 2025. I made numerous attempts to contact the company to resolve this and cancel this solicited membership that I was unaware of. This was a bait and switch ruse. I asked the company to refund the membership after I immediately canceled it within 2 minutes and they responded by email and refused. I then asked them to cancel the complete order, my membership, and remove all my data from their website and have received no reposes. The charges are still on my form of payment that I wish to have refunded total $17.27 one charge for $6.47 and one for $10.80. I kindly ask the BBB contact this business so we may come to a satisfactory resolution for this complaint. I am willing to speak to the media should they deem this concern merits their involvement. Hello,
The customer did not put the coupon in during checkout, so they didn't receive the discount. They also opted into the membership, which is not ****selected, when they placed their order. (See attached for an example.)
I've attached a copy of the order showing that no discount was entered.

I am rejecting this response because: There but. have been an error on the website as this was a solicited deal with the code that I copied and pasted in the promotional area of the checkout during the checkout process. I have attempted to resolve this with the company and they are unwilling to cancel my order, refund my purchase price, and membership costs, as well. as remove any and all privacy data associated with my account. I do not wish to do business with this deceptive company and hope the the BBB can assist me in resolving this to a satisfactory resolution. There was no error on the site. The coupon was only valid when the $8.99 shipping option was selected. The customer chose the membership option instead.
I went ahead and refunded the membership fee as a 1-time courtesy.

On April 30, 2025, I placed an order for 2 JVC Ultra-Compact True Wireless Earbuds. ORDER NUMBER: youthful-loveable-visitor Price: $25.98 Order received: May 9, 2025 On May 12 I submitted the following problem: JVC earbuds: when using on phone call paired with iPhone, the voice on the receiving phone sounds muffled, like the caller using the earbuds is mumbling.On May 14, I received the following reply from ****** (Mercatalyst): Your request (*******) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email. Then another reply from ****** on the same day: Hello, Are you having the same trouble with both pairs? On the same day I replied: Yes.On May 19, after not receiving any further response, I sent: Since I am not hearing any update from you regarding my issue, I would like a refund and return these earbuds. Save.com continues to litter my yard with unsolicited advertising flyers, despite requests to stop delivery. I submitted a request on through their website to opt out, following their stated process and waiting the timeframe they require to process such requests. Yet, the flyers continue to be thrown into my yard without consent.This is not just a nuisanceit is unwanted waste on my private property and amounts to littering. I have made an attempt to resolve this directly with the company, but they have refused to honor my ********** this point, I am considering reporting them to local authorities for littering. When they placed their order with us, they chose to join our $5.99/month Membership program instead of paying the flat rate shipping fee. They successfully closed their account, which ended their membership. The order, however, has already entered the shipping process, and unfortunately, were no longer able to change or cancel it.

On 4/14, I ordered a stand mixer from *******'s online store. It is a gift for someone else. On 4/15, I was made aware that it was the wrong mixer. On 4/15 when I went to cancel the order on *******'s website (it was still processing), I was told that the order cancellation had to be processed by the third party vendor that sells the stand mixer on *******'s website (the third party is Mercatalyst). I would not have ordered from ******* if I had known there was a third party involved.Mercatalyst will not cancel the order because it "has already entered the shipping process" (this order is still in the warehouse, it's not like it's actually being shipped. To refund it, I have to wait a week until it ships, then send it back, then wait ten days for a refund. The payment isn't even through yet so this seems like extra steps to prevent me from refunding this in a timely manner. All in all, I simply want the order cancelled and the charge cancelled before it processes in two days or refunded completely if they cannot do that.Business Response

As of 8:30 AM GMT on 4/16, ***** had not received this package from the seller. I called in to issue a stop on the delivery, but since ***** had not received it yet they could not stop it. I am attaching an image that shows that the package is still at the Mercatalyst warehouse as of writing this message. I am rejecting this response because: as of 4:16pm EST on 4/16, ***** still has not picked this package up from the seller, indicating to me that the seller has had over a day to cancel the order. They have not provided valid evidence showing that said package has left their facility.
