Took photos, wrote to meh customer service. ****** was great to expedite a refund, no problems, no need to even send pictures in this case. 1 starPLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH MORNINGSAVE/MERCATALYST, INC. First off, they dont have human contact for any issues you may have. all done via email. Then they got my package color wrong and told me that in order to get a refund i had to pay for the postage to send back. The postage back to them cost just as much as i paid for the luggage set. 1 starImpossible to get a refund on the toaster oven Oster XL purchased through Morning Save, Mercatalyst. I completed a warranty claim form with detailed photos as requested. Now they say I have to pay for shipping to return the item that broke in less than 3 months. Door hinge broken. This appears to be fraud as the sale went through multiple companies. They have blocked all attempts for me to exercise the 1 year warranty.Mercatalyst, Inc
