not reputable and the worst experience from crew to manager. My piano was destroyed and no one cared.

Deceptive and shady business/quoting practices, breach of contract, fraudulent inducement, bait and switch tactics. This is what you get when you hire All My Sons. I was quoted by the corporate office and told that a crew of 2 men, 1 truck would work. To be safe, I asked them to send a third person. When the 3 man crew arrived, they knew immediately that the truck was too small, but didn't tell me this until they had the majority of my things already loaded. The area manager (***********************) first told me that it wasn't his problem that I "have so much stuff." He eventually sent an additional truck with 3 extra guys with the assurance that he wouldn't charge for the extra truck, only labor for the 3 extra guys. He made the representation that the second crew of men would work quickly, and would leave immediately after unloading the truck because they had another job to go to. This was a lie. ***** took advantage of the company's deficient/fraudulent business practices to add an additional $1,000-$1,2000.00 on my bill. Because 7/8 of my stuff was already loaded on the truck, I had no other options. It took them 10 hours with 6 men to move my things-that is a glacial pace if you're wondering. When I challenged ***** about these deceptive practices and his material misrepresentations, he told his workers to stop unloading and held my property hostage. Because it was a Saturday evening, I had no recourse for *****'s deceptive practices. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I have no doubts that ***** thought he could treat me poorly because I am a woman. This company has been sued for this exact same conduct in a number of different states and they clearly do not care. You are better off hiring a company that charges a little more per hour because All My Sons will find a way to rack up your bill on the backend. Then when you question their billing practices, they will stonewall you. At least one of the movers was smoking weed on the job.

Moved a one bed room from storage to home. Part of my bed was left outside, my dresser was left in my hallway. Will never use this company to move anything.

Called *********** in **********, *****. I scheduled a 2 stop move and ask for the largest truck because that is what was needed to move efficiently! When movers showed up (1 woman & 1 man), they were in a Penske Rental medium size box van! I told them I requested the largest truck because of a oversized storage unit and 2 bedroom condo must fit! Then they added a 3rd man to help. So it took two different truck loads - four times the fuel expense and time driving back and forth from ******** to Fate three times! UNREAL! All My Sons knew exactly what they were doing, making more money off My Move! Unbelievable!Movers damaged my ** stainless steel refrigerator (had dents and scratches). Movers not protect it with a blanket - bounced it up and down the stairs on a dolly! ********************* in ***************** was extremely rude and DID NOT mention that only ONE claim could be made. I then discovered after my GE dryer was hooked up - that the drum was making loud banging noise. Again, movers bounced dryer on a dolly up and down stairs! *** said I had already made a 1 Claim regarding the ** refrigerator , so the dryer claim was a void- I could not make another claim, I was out of luck (he said 'deal with it")! I will NEVER - use All My Sons, again!!! Beware - choose a moving company that treats customers right. All My Sons does not work with integrity. So sad that All My Sons takes advantage of individuals needing a helping hand to move. All My Sons just wants to make money off innocent people - families! And I paid all three movers $70 cash as a tip! Talk about being taken advantage of - WELL THIS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE!

Don't let them move you. I was charged ******** and they broke 5 ******* lamps, mirror to my antique dresser, a large terrarium, the bottom off my grandfather clock, the wooden wheels off my antique bedroom set. DO NOT LET THEM MOVE YOU.

This company is horrible. I will be pursuing them for a refund. I needed a couch, loveseat, chair w/ottoman, few boxes, and headboard and footboard put into storage. Everything was packaged and ready to go ..should not have taken more than an hour to move and unload the truck. The movers were eating, sitting around running up the time. They charged me $1700 when I was quoted $398 plus $100 deposit..They charged over $200 for packing materials that wasn't even used. Everything was already packed. I rented a 10'x15' foot storage unit, the movers just put my items into the storage unit any kind of way -- definitely was not professionally packed causing me to have to rent another unit. The unit holds 2 -3 bedroom house and I can't get anything else in it. I will be calling corporate for a refund

I was very unhappy with their service. It took 5 hours for 3 men and 1 women to move a two bedroom house across the street and down two houses. The woman spoke no English and the men spoke no Spanish. I had already moved all the boxes, lamps and pictures. I called **** at the company and received no satisfaction.I will not recommend All My Sons to move any of my friends or family.

DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE !!!! do your self a favor and stay away from this company, To begin they are very misleading about there pricing was told my move would roughly cost around $450 and they end up changing me over $1,100 , they spend 25 minutes wrapping each cheap items to collect extra time and supply money and they end up damaging the expensive ones, they put a huge hole on one of my dressers and after weeks of going back and forward they offer me $90 bucks to fix it, claiming the insurance pays in a per pound basis, Yes you read that correctly, there insurance pays .60 per pound, like they are transporting potatoes or grain and not furniture. these people are not to be trusted and are by far the worst I have ever use, NEVER AGAIN !!

WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PACKERS FOR OUR MOVE, UNBELIEVABLY TERRIBLE. WE ARE JUST ABLE TO GO THROUGH BOXES DUE TO COLD WEATHER AND YOUR PEOPLE PACKED PENS AND PENCILS IN A HUGE BOX ?? WITH TONS OF PAPER AND WE WERE CHARGED $20 OR MORE FOR THAT, AND WE ARE FINDING THIS IS A PATTERN THROUGHOUT OUR MOVE THAT IS WHY IT COST OVER $10,000???????

Worst experience of my life!! Actual movers were pleasant and extremely capable, but total taken advantage of by business!! Extremely overcharged for the move that occurred. Would want to pay money to anyone thinking of using this business to seek a better business!!
