    Like others have reported, this company put a ***** **** on my credit report for a T-Mobile charge. I am not a T-Mobile customer, nor have I ever been. Furthermore, this company has never contacted me or tried to collect on the debt. I only found out about it when I was applying for a business credit card. I contacted Southwest and was told I could pay the $86 debt but then it would remain on my credit report as a debt that had gone to collections. But for $378 they could remove the debt from my credit report. They admitted the debt appeared to be a fraudulent charge and said I couldn't resolve the matter with T-Mobile because they now owned the debt. When I resisted, they offered to knock $100 off the charge. I was able to get the incident removed from my credit report (at no charge) by my identity monitoring service.

    I opened an account with T-mobile in April of 2022 had purchased and upgraded/returned multiple phones as i was eligible for an upgrade i sent in my first phone T-mobile claimed it was a different phone,, where am i supposed to get different phone and send it back to you? i know how that would make a person look and they soon understood their mistake. but with that they said they sent my overdue bill to southwest credit which i paid my phone off in full & paid my phone bill at the same time. i contacted T-mobile and verified that i do not have an overdue payment on my old ************** get peoples phone numbers from them who have recently switched or disconnected their phone so they can get more money for their scam they are running i am a single ******* have responsibilities & this is just adding to my credit that should not be on there they should have to answer for their mistakes and we as the people should be compensated

    This company put a collection on my credit record with absolutely no notification to me. The matter in question (with T-Mobile) was resolved in 2023 and to do this with no formal notification is terrible and bad faith practice. It looks like they are doing it to others as well. This is very frustrating to start a new year like this. Wonder if there is a formal/legal way to handle such unscrupulous organizations.

    On November 30, 2024, SWC emailed Mr. ************** correspondence informing him the account was place in our office for collections.

    On January *******, Mr. ************** made payment to SWC to settle the account in full.

    My credit karma says I have no credit and so as the other credit bureau this company call me and sent me out a fraudulent letter that I supposedly put my personal information on they said I owe ******* some dollars to T-Mobile. Im in **********************************. If I did owe them the company its will contact me. Same way apartment complex calls me when anything is dueI even checked with the company they so call I have debt with ******** said I dont have no debt with them because everything is paid in full yall need to opt me out and I dont have a card with this company either.. leave me alone

    This business has been contacting me via cell phone and text since September regarding a closed account with a zero balance. In order to dispute this on their website, I am required to provide additional personal information. I have confirmed with the company who allegedly I have a balance with that I have a zero balance.I will be disputing this via snail mail as I'm not sharing any additional information with them.

    They literally are calling my phone everyday looking for the wrong number or hang up as soon as i say something. I have asked them to remove my number and put it on the do not call list and they keep calling me from different numbers looking for the wrong person

    I was recently offered ****** rapid rewards points upon approval of the Southwest Rapid Rewards credit card through Chase. I applied and was approved. I spent the $1,000 needed to qualify for the offer and I just called to confirm that my ****** would be applied to my account. The representative informed me that my program was ****** points when $500 was spent. The is not what I was offered. The offer that I applied and was approved for appears to have been a false advertisement. I am extremely frustrated and demand that the offer that was very clearly advertised to me be honored.

    Received an letter via US mail on 03/19 , on behalf of ******** for $110. I had paid the bill on 03/05. I immediately called Southwest. Their agent verified I was in their system, TMobile had sent my file to them on 03/07. He further verified that the account now showed $0, and was "closed" and had been "sent back to tmobile". I asked him to send a follow up letter and/or email acknowledging that we spoke , and that the debt had been settled PRIOR to the date they sent out collection notice. They refused stating "we no longer have the file", and said I would have to contact TMobile customer service. They absolutely REFUSE to provide any documentation that a debt is settled.
