I recently became aware that your agency has reported a collection account to my ********************** report, yet I have never received any prior notice of this alleged debt as required under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. 1692g(a). After conducting a thorough search of my email inbox, postal mail, and text messages, I have not received any such communications from SOUTHWEST CREDIT SYSTEMS.
To date, I have not received:

On October 4, 2024, SWC sent Ms. ******** correspondence notifying her that the account was placed in our office for collections. A copy of the letter is included with this response.
Prior to Ms. ********* complaint, SWC did not receive a written dispute or validation request for the account. ******************** forwarded the complaint to T-Mobile and requested further review and account validation.T-Mobile provided SWC with billing statements which state the name and address of the original creditor, as well as the service address, dates, and charges. I had learned these few days ago after seeing my credit report that there is an account there that I never opened, tons of addresses that I never resided and inquiries I never made.
