1 starthis report is in regards to customer service... i have been a client for 4 years multiple cars and normally have had no problems in the past but last week my daughter was kidnapped and car stolen all on police reports and even a warrant issued for suspect and customer service had no heart no sympathy no manners spoke to *** and ***** both extremely rude should not be in customer service... i have never been late on a payment ever and they wanted to charge me 550 dollars to get the car back from stolen for storage fees????they never notified me they had the car. as a matter of fact I'm the one who called them 6 times....i refuse to keep an account that i cant speak to a supervisor over my case if i have been a client for so many years you lost a customer bc of your customer service dept...which is sad bc i called to make payment and got treated so badly...***** and *** should be fired and never talk to a customer again. Then made sarcastic remarks when my daughter was a victim of kidnapping!!!!!! didn't care for the proof only wanted the money....Review fromBrittney C

1 starI received a response to my initial issue and it was not accepted nor addressed appropriately.. all I heard was excuses. As I am truly sorry that one of your service Managers are going through a tough time we all are and some depend on car to do so, and because you guys are short staffed due to an awful circumstance that does not mean you should not offer accommodation for people that are dealing with our own personal issues. I have reached out to customer services and some of the people Ive talked to are absolutely rude. There is no excuses as to why I should not have my car fixed in almost 2 weeks. As of today the service manager still have not reached out to me to provide an update. The communication is atrocious. Also if my car was under the dealership warranty I should not have had to pay anything. Also you are going to expect me to make my payment, I expect to have my car fixed in a timely manner. I have spent over $200 in Ubers going back in forth to a car that was not ready. Are you going to offer some compensation for that? I live over an hour away in traffic. Ive missed work. Are you going to offer compensation for that? So the excuses are still not justified. Beware if something seem to good its probably is I got the service package for a reason. And not once in your response did you offer to correct the experience Yeah if you read these folks reviews BELIEVE THEM I shouldve believed them when I read it.MCMC Auto

I will have **** the Service Manager reach out to you, according tot he notes in the system, the estimated date to complete repairs is 11/8. We did offer payment assistance on 10/31 in the form of a deferral according to the notes in the system.MCMC Auto

it is unfortunate that a motor would need to be replaced, but it does occur on vehicles at times. This vehicle had ****** miles on it at time of sale. I also understand that the vehicle is now having the converter replaced as that threw a code as well. According to the ******************* that should be completed today. The Motor was replaced under the *************** Contract with a deductible of only $100. I can assure you that if it did not need to be replaced, we would have be more than willing to address what the actual problem was, but in this case, it was in fact the motor itself. One of our Service Managers has been out due to his mother being in hospice care, I apologize that we are short handed this week, but he should be back int he office beginning next week once final arrangements are complete for his Mom.Review fromRaffinee J

1 starI purchased a car from MCMC in Texas. I had no issues with getting the approval and i was okay with the $2000 down payment. My issue was that a car i wanted was at a different lot. The car sales man said no problem we will move that car for you and make your appointment in the morning and it will be ready by the time i drove 45 mins to get there. I get there and the car is already sold to someone else. He claimed someone sold it from up under him apparently. My issue wasn't even that it was sold because i know they don't hold vehicles like traditional dealerships. It was you could have at least told me before letting me drive 45 mins. Now i have to get something else. I've only had the car for less then 60 days for it to break down on the side of the highway. The car still has temp tags on it and i was on my way to pick up the tags and didn't make it. Mind you all payments have been made so i didn't experience harassing calls like other reviews. The car needed a new battery and that was $250 on top of i had to get the car towed to there service center since roadside assistance couldn't find my account # that MCMC gave me. Now I'm out another $300 and still making payments on time. Then i had to call to see if they even got the car. Then i have to call and check on status to see what's wrong with it. I'm like any other person who has to get to work but i can't. Then after i call to get status you send me a automated text after I've already made a couple of calls. Now your saying my car is repaired and to come pay the $100 deductible. Not once was i offered to defer a payment or anything at that. No thank you I'm good you can have the car back. I called them today to let them know i would like to do a voluntary surrender, and that the car is located at the service department. There is no way i will EVER be stranded on the side of a highway from a car that is not even two months from purchase. I will never buy or recommend anyone to experience what i did being strandedMCMC Auto

We apologize that you had this experience, but we cannot control mechanical issues, just do our best to rectify the issues as quickly as possible. As for deferral assistance, if this was brought to the attention of the Service Advisor, I am sure he would have been able to accommodate that request. Again, we apologize for the experience you had, it is not typical.Review fromAnthony A

Dealership should be held accountable for selling vehicles that are dangerous for Texas roads. All staff at this dealership are responsible for misleading consumers. Note see all bbb related information on compliance dealing with vehicles sold by this dealership. The ************************ should not allow this dealership to endanger handicapped consumers are any others.MCMC Auto

1 starMake sure you get anything you say from them in writing !!! I was told I was able to switch my payment to monthly from every two weeks. That is not the case . I am now salary at my job and Im not able to pay every two weeks. They told me I have to make a large 900 plus dollar payment just to switch my payments over to monthly which is not possible for this to be done immediately! I have other bills other than my car note and they dont seem to care about that !MCMC Auto

Customer are able to pay more than a contractual amount at anytime, it is in the contract. The issue here is that the account is past due and will continue to run past due. Based on what the customer is requesting to do, and to keep the account current, the past due amount would need to be paid plus the monthly payment that she is wishing to make. According tot he records, we have an arrangement for just a "monthly amount" in the system which we agreed to, the additional monies required is just to get the account current. It is also important to note that the customer statement is inferring we are charging her to make this change which is not the case. We simply provided the monthly amount plus that past due amount, all of which is applied toward the balance owed under the retail installment contractReview fromDeidra D

1 starHorrible place to buy a car I recently got a car not even a month of having the vehicle about two weeks in and I started seeing issues with the sensor lights, engine light, tire light. The sales man ***** told me and my daughter's the car was a good car only one owner. But he lied I take the car to the service center and now it's going on 3 weeks that it's been there. Yet they want a payment on the car and I still don't have it in my possession. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy ????????????????MCMC Auto

1 starI cant believe what just happened . I just walked in the office located at ***********************************************************************************************. It was 5:55 pm. I had a money order for $ ****** to pay my daughters car payment. When I got in the office, a Hispanic man was in the back. When he came out he just stared at me. I didnt get a greeting or anything. I decided to say something to break the silence. I told him I wanted to make a payment. He stared at the money order like it was had insects on it. I asked him was he ok. He told me the money order didnt have a name on it. I told him that I was waiting on him to give me the proper name to place on the money order. He said MCMC. Then he started moving his hands **************** like he was possessed. His eyes started going around in circles as if he was on drugs or something. I asked him was everything ok. I also told him his communication skills were very poor, & I wanted to talk to a manager. He replied, I am the manager, it is 6:00, now get out. He gave the order to get out so I left. I have been in law enforcement for 20 years. The manager in thar office clearly has some mental problems or possible drug use. What ever the case MCMC Corporation should do a better job at selecting managers and employees. My goal is to make the payment at another location & talk to the corporate office, tomorrow. I hope the young man gets some *********** hires better representatives in their corporation.MCMC Auto

2 starsGoing into the dealership, customers service is phenomenal. Extremely nice, business is clean, and everyone is professional. I went into the *********** branch. In those fellas are great. My issues began when having to deal with the payment managers, female who is ****** aggressive, rude, and unprofessional. She has an attitude all the time. I was late on a bill, she said she called three times and she should t have to do that. But others times *** spoken with her attitude the same. I dread having to speak with her. They really should get someone else in that position.MCMC Auto

Unfortunately, I am unable to pull up an account with the information provided. We have 12 Account Managers on staff so without additional information I am unable to address the issue. We also record 100% of the calls and coach to provide exceptional customer service. I would recommend emailing me directly at ******************************* with the account number so I may identify the issue and address it accordingly. Thank you.Review fromKeith L.
