      March 2024 my Vehicle was involved in what was considered grand theft auto after altercation with a neighbor. He couldn’t steal it but caused damages. I was told to not make payments because my vehicle was in a claim status. My insurance only cut a check for physical damage no inspection of engine of gas tank was done as requested. My vehicle was repossessed. I’ve made multiple calls and emails to get updates I always get rude customer service. No updates on a car that could be a total loss since it was set on fire. They repossessed the vehicle and have made no repairs. Manny in Corporate who was rude stated they will not have the vehicle inspected even though my insurance company sent them the check. Phone call to discuss payment prior to car note being due was made on March 7th at 9:03 am

      We have not received any funds from the customers insurance company to date. There are notes stating they will send a check for repairs. Vehicle was not deemed a total loss by the insurance company. The repossession was a result of failure to pay the retail installment contract. The customer was provided opportunity to reinstate the loan by paying the past due payments and repossession fee to which she refused to do so. If the customers insurance company wishes to inspect the vehicle further, we always allow that to occur. In this instance the insurance company is not willing to inspect further since they have already made a determination on the extent of the loss.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      No, this does not acknowledge that your company completed multiple acts of fraud. I defaulted due to your employee telling me as per the recording on March 7th at 9:03 am to not pay my note due to not knowing if the vehicle would be considered a total loss! Why was this not acknowledged in the reply? The car was gone for 2 months previously for an engine and I paid my car note with no problems due to proper communication. I have nothing but time to get this corrected. That Vehicle had 3 insurance Full Coverage, CPI and Gap it should have been fixed and I should not have done multiple people’s job when I’m the customer. The hardest part of this should have been paying the deductible. There was lack of communication from the adjuster that was communicated to Jara and she got his Supervisor involved as well. She was included in the emails that delayed the claim payment. The Adjuster contacted me on the 15th regarding the check. On the 22nd Jara stated it would be endorsed to the repair shop after completion. I had a death in the family the same week. I advise Jara of that and MCMC repossessed the vehicle for payment right after I advised of the update.  I was waiting for Kia to contact me to set an appointment for Delivery. How does one say they will endorse a check but will say it was never received? Fraud. How am I liable for a payment when I was told to not pay? Fraud. I was told I would continue to get calls and emails and disregard because they were automated. I followed up to check on the car due to me believing the car was being fixed I wanted to rectify the situation make payment and obtain my vehicle. Calls didn’t work so I created a paper trail. My only request while the vehicle was in good standing was to make sure that it was truly operational. I’m not a mechanic or an Adjuster. The car was never cut on by me due to the fire and smell of fumes. Money was not the issue I bought another car the next week. It was the lack poor customer service and now what I believe is true check fraud that was completed that is my issue.

      Bought a car from them and they said was never in a accident but come to find out the entire front end of the car has been replaced and has crappy aftermarket parts on and not on correctly either and also that the hole car has been completely repainted and they are unfazed or dont care to help with resolve this issue that they told me never been in accident and they still claim the car is worth ******

      Attached is the autocheck report that is provided at time of sale. There is no indication of any accident. Custoemrs are also provided with the ability to inspect vehicles prior to time of sale.

      yes at the Time I thought the dealership was being truthful but come to find out if they did more research on the car they would have found that there are 2 other blue book reports on this car and both of them shows it was in a front end collision on 2018  so If they arnt willing to make this right I have all the documentation and already have news station willing to do a news story on this also I have my lawyer witch is on a retainer that says I have a solid strong case for a lawsuit

      because why dont yall look the vehicle up through the dmv and look it up through ***** blue book and bumper and yall should of never sold a car that the air bags were deployed in with out telling the buy its against the law it sell the car so quit acting like yall didnt know and playing dumb yall knew that car was wrecked and yall just thought you could get away with it  Ill be see yall

      MCMC AUTO is the worst place on earth. They can't answer the phone is not my fault youre understaff. What does it have to do with my car getting fixed? I've been trying to get it fixed for about a year and a half now. **************** is terrible. The auto service is terrible. MCMC AUTO has lied about fixing my car numerous times, and still has received payment. They don't know how to read emails they don't know how to answer calls, they can't get a manager on the phone. I have not received a call you back in 2 year's. I paid my car on time every month for what?! I have to drive Out of state or pay full price and not use my warranty to get some help. No one is ever in the lobby waited no help not to mention they crack my window. It took them a year to fix that. I'm really thinking about filing a complaint with the *** or moving forward to a civil court. I've had this car since December 30th 2020 and the false advertisement alone about reporting to the bbb is a lie. They have it on my credit that i didnt pay and i have all my receipts. And they stopped reporting for a whole year. That alone will have MCMC AUTO paying me all my money back and I get to keep this piece of c*** of a Vehicle. And how they make it so hard for you to get insurance outside of them bunch of scammers. The only person you can get on the phone is the finance company. Get some staff w/ less attitude and answer the phones!!

      I forwarded request to Service Manager to contact customer in reference to possible service related issue. I also reviewed the credit reporting history and we are up to date through February 2024. If there is a discrepancy on one of ***********, I would suggest going to their website and submitting a dispute, they will review and forward to us for confirmation of the records they are reporting. This is the most efficient and effective way to communicate with all three credit reporting agencies. Thank you

      When I purchased the vehicle from them. They would called way before my payments were due asking when I'm going to make a payment when the payment was not yet due. I got tired of the call's and them harassing. Last month I told them to come and picked up the vehicle. I did a volunteer repo. Today I get a noticed on my credit report they reported a miss payment. Not sure how's that when the vehicle is in their position. I would like this late payment removed please.

      The vehicle was assigned for recovery on 12/27/23, only after filing a writ of Sequestration did the customer decide to release to repossession agent. The vehicle was secured on 01/24/2024, the account was past due from a 12/01/2023 payment. The reporting to the credit reporting agencies is sent monthly, once the vehicle goes through the process of sending out post-repossession notice and the timeframe required is past, we will process the vehicle and liquidate and finalize reporting to agencies. At that time, the vehicle will be reported as a repossession to all three reporting agencies.

Any who I want be purchased from them every in life. Don't recommend no one to purchase from this shade company.

      MCMC Auto followed the laws regarding the process as it related to default. Opportunities were available for the customer to correct the default but she failed to take advantage of those opportunities. Once the vehicle is liquidated a final reporting will be sent to the credit reporting agencies

How i knew they were coming to get the car because of the rude customer service rep stating someone will be picking up the car and that i will be getting serve. Business conducting poorly.       I got a car for *************************** Motor Company give him $500.00 down payment then give him $350. On a deferment totaling it to be ****** next it time to make my car payment I call the to tell them I was going to be late my pay schedule happen on a Friday after 4 day only they repossessed my new car leaving me no way to get to work told them I had the money and they still repossessed I fell they stole my down payment.....

      This was a first payment default. We attempted to make arrangements to no avail. Unit was secured for non-payment. even after repossession, we attempted to reinstate loan and customer decided did not want the vehicle back

      I purchased a vehicle from mcmc auto a little over a year ago in which of February of 2023 it was vandalized I had reported to the proper law enforcement in which a week later the my sent a recovery team to pick up the vehicle which had over **** dollars worth of clothes and other things that was never returned to me I received a phone call to go and retrieve my belongings In which when I go there was told I couldnt access my car without the keys which was stolen the carlot never reached out to me giving me any option to get my car repaired in which I paid them monthly for insurance in which they never offered to fix my vehicle or give me another one. Know as of today I can not purchase another vehicle because these people have this on my credit as a repo in which they never stated the reason why it was repo I need them to please remove this from my credit report soon as possible and to warn anyone not to ever purchase a car from this particular place

      We received notification of vehicle being impounded at ************. We sent wrecker service to pickup vehicle and pay fees associated with impound and storage. We notified customer that we had the vehicle, explained process to reinstate, pay past due payments and fees for recovery, then a claim could be filed for damage to vehicle. Customer did state that the key was also stolen when vehicle was stolen, we advised she could pay for a key to be made and we scheduled an appointment for her to retrieve her items. We are only responsible for items left in a vehicle for 30 days from the time we recover. That time has lapsed. The vehicle was processed as a repossession since the customer did not reinstate the loan and reported as such to the CRA's

      I bought a car in October and only had this car for 3 months. the initial phone conversations and salesmen were great. I felt really rushed during the buying process and ended up signing for an extra ****. for a service contract i was never asked if I wanted, they just made the assumption that I wanted it. No biggie I should have read the contract a little further. My biggest issue is I had a heart attack and missed work causing me to miss some work and my paycheck being short. I explained this multiple time to this company on multiple occasions. Come to find out NO one out of the 4 different people notated this. Then when the next payment came due, I was going to be late but am not allowed to answer my phone at work, I told them that Saturdays are the best day to contact me on. I missed the call Saturday and waited for them to call me Monday. I only did this because despite what you tell them they still call you 4 to 5 times a day. They never called, Monday 12/19/2023 @ 11:30 pm (8 days past due on my account) they sent the repo man to get the car. By Texas state law they have every right to repossess the car after being late. I have another care from another company and during covid I was late 2 weeks and they worked with me to make sure that I could retain my car. And not have anything negative on my credit report. This is considered ethical business practices. Yet no phone call was sent on Monday to tell me that they were processing the vehicle for repossession. They simply stated that my phone said It was unavailable, which is untrue due to the fact that I received 58 phone calls from other numbers on Monday that were work related. Then I called Tuesday 12/19/2023 and told them that I wanted to pay the amount past due with any fee's. My new bank card would not go through for some reason and I told them I would call back and make a payment. 12/20/2023- they sent a text stating that My vehicle was being staged for liquidation with my stuff still in it. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!

      Multiple attempts to contact ************** were made prior to repossessing the vehicle. He also had our phone number and if he knew we called hi I would ask why he did not return the call. He did return the call once we recovered the vehicle and it was on a weekday so the ability to make or take phone calls during the week is possible. We reinstated the loan for ************** once he paid the past due amount.
