I paid Family Time Fitness (FTF) through PayPal $69 for a 5 year all access membership on February 10, 2020. Five years has not lapsed and yet my account says that I have no membership with them. I tried contacting the company to resolve the issue but none of their listed contact info works. The phone number listed is out of service and messaging support through their website does nothing. After much research, I discovered that the company appears to be owned by the **************** (SG), in *****, since they have the same physical address (*************************************************************) as FTF headquarters and SG is FTFs website developer and because curriculum made by FTF sold on Amazon lists *******************, ***********************, and *************************** as the authors which ****** and *************************** work for/own SG. I emailed ******************* personally through his ********* work email for further inquiry since he was the only face of the company all over FTFs website. He told me that he left the company in 2019, 4 years ago, and that he only knows of SG owning FTF. I called SG, they denied owning FTF but that they would get my contact info and have the new owners contact me, they would not share with me who owned it or any contact info. SG said that the recent owner had cancer for the past year which is why things werent getting handled but I pointed out that according to FTFs social media accounts, customers havent been able to reach any support from FTF as far back as 4 years ago, around the time ******************* left, and that their phone number has been out of service for at least 4 years even though there were ******** posts made by FTF as recently as 2 years ago, but they couldnt be bothered to update their contact info. So, they continue to take customers money without ensuring that the customer is actually receiving and able to use their product (digital product), and automatically charging PayPal accounts without permission leaving no way for customers to remedy this. Appalling!
