              3/13 I used the sonic app to order food in the morning. When I arrived I was the only person there. soon other cars arrived to which they got their food and left. 20 mins went by and I have yet to get my food. when i did receive it, it was not hot more like it was sitting there and no one grabbed it . I did not say anything because one I just got off work and was tired and two I would have had to wait longer and I was ready to go. This location has changed drastically and not for the good. the orders are usually wrong, wait times are horrible even though I ordered from the app. what is the point of the app if the food isnt ready
