3/13 I used the sonic app to order food in the morning. When I arrived I was the only person there. soon other cars arrived to which they got their food and left. 20 mins went by and I have yet to get my food. when i did receive it, it was not hot more like it was sitting there and no one grabbed it . I did not say anything because one I just got off work and was tired and two I would have had to wait longer and I was ready to go. This location has changed drastically and not for the good. the orders are usually wrong, wait times are horrible even though I ordered from the app. what is the point of the app if the food isnt readyReview from Nakesha H

I have been waiting 12 days for a refund I have yet to receive. They had me wait at their store for over 20mins for some drinks. Their employees cleared my ordered while I watched them sit in a group talking for 10mins before I pressed the button. Still waiting for a manager to return my call.Review from Trista M

I have contacted Sonic over 5 times to get a refund. The physical store tells me to call the support and support acknowledges what’s going on and says it will be taken care of in 7-10 days and if it doesn’t show up in my bank to call the store. Which I have done repeatedly. I just want my refunds for food I clearly didn’t buy, you can see it was all purchased at the same day and same store on my bank statements when I only placed ONE order not three different orders. I have the app so I KNOW that there was only ONE purchase.
