    BUYER BEWARE! This company will prey upon older individuals who believe they are getting quality items, and they never receive the items at all! My grandmother who has Alzheimers (and somehow got a credit card) placed an order online and never received her item. She has attempted on multiple occasions to receive a refund but you cannot get a reply or even an answer from this company. I wish they wouldnt take advantage of little old ladies but what do you expect from an outsourced company?

    Absolutely horrible experience with this company! I ordered many high dollar products from them, many of which were "Certified and Appraised", only to find the "Appraisals" did not seem to match the stones. Many price discrepencies based on stone grade and size as well. Upon further inspection, after returning some of the items, I was only partially refunded!! Furthermore, I placed bids for "auction items", only to find out only at checkout that the shipping and handling charges far exceeded the price of the items!! **************** is a joke, (if you can communicate with them effectively) as they appear to be out of the US. Additionally, when you request to speak with a supervisor, or have your issue "escalated", you are lucky to even receive a return phone call. I would seriously caution anyone to do their homework prior to doing business with them!

    I have ordered seven (7) items. They have been invoiced, and they have taken my money, but I can't get them to ship my items. One item that was ordered on 06/11/25 has said it was shipped waiting for carrier pick for over a week I called **************** many times complaining, and I have been promised to receive a call back . Of course, I have not received a call back . These people lie. I feel if they take your money and don't ship your items, that is theft to me.

    I have purchased from Shop LC numerous times over the past 10 or so years, and never had an issue until this past week. I placed a max bid on an item near the end of the auction, and some sort of glitch happened where even though I typed my max bid in and clicked the max bid button, I lost the bid significantly below my max bid. I contacted customer service and was told that if I won another bid for the same item they would price match it for me. A few days later. I reached out to customer service again because I saw what seemed like the same item but I could not verify because my bid history had vanished. The agent confirmed that it was the same item and told me to bid on the item and the price would be honored as discussed. After bidding on the item and winning, I reached out to customer service once again and was told that since my bid history had vanished they would be unable to honor the price. I provided copies of the transcripts of all of the conversations I had with the agents, but was still told that they could not honor the price even though I had been assured multiple times to bid on the item and that the price would be honored. I am extremely disappointed in this entire situation and wish that someone who could actually explain what is going on could contact me.

    My husband purchased a beautiful AAAA Tanzanite ring with mini diamonds surrounding the Tanzanite. He purchased it in Sept. He said he spoke to a sales person and told them it was a Christmas gift for me and would I have any trouble if I preferred something else. She told him "not at all." He gave it to me at Christmas. I wore it once and one of the tiny diamonds fell out. We sent it back for repair and it was sent back to me without being repaired. I was told it past the return period. WE ARE DISGUSTED BY THE **** THAT THEY WON'T BACK THEIR PRODUCT! THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. I will NEVER recommend ShopLC. There is NO jeweler EVER that would not apologize for a diamond falling out and make the repair. A QUALITY RING SHOULD NEVER, EVER LOSE A DIAMOND...especially after a one time wear. Shame on your SHOP LC! This proves that you are shady and do not sell quality products...especially if they won't back it.I was told that it was worn too much. I WORE IT ONCE!!! I am completely HEARTBROKEN. I will never wear it again because I am embarrassed that there is a diamond missing. Again, this just shows that they will use any excuse not to back their product.

    Watching TV tonight Wednesday April 9th and this company is trying to sell five gram bars of silver for $30 plus shipping, when an ounce of silver is $30. It's a ripoff to the highest degree.

    BUYER BEWARE! - They do not refund your $$$ in full or if at all!!! They are not transparent! - While selling an item on AIR on their show - they tell you "You can return the item" within 30days....The say you can return the item - THEY LIE!!! they DON'T Mention - ******************* this is a clearance item and CAN NOT be returned! Never do they say - ****************** "This is final sale item and can not be returned! No mention that this is a clearance item while they are selling it to you!I would not of bought the gem ($550.00) knowing it was not returnable! I should of known... As I bought an inexpensive bracelet (poor quality) from them it was $106. when I retuned it - they only refunded $74.75 Poor customer Service!

    The merchandise was returned to the customer on January 31, 2025, per **** tracking. Despite this, chargebacks were filed on March 12 and March 18, 2025, and funds were fully returned to the customer. ********************** has not received the merchandise back, meaning the customer has retained both the items and the refunded payment. We consider this matter resolved on our end and respectfully request the complaint be closed.

    Ordered rind with a specific cut and review of my order found out that it was the wrong cut. Contacted customer service and was by email and was advised to give all information about my order which I did. All my emails did not go through as it stated that their mailbox was full. Contacted them by phone gave all the information and as usual was told no information available. This is the second time that I have tried to order something and they said it never went through. Very poor customer service do not order from this company. Nobody knows what theyre doing.

    I just place an order and first off they charged my card 2 times then when I called to try and get a refund they claimed to now have no information of mine in there system. No email, address, or phone number when I put all of that in to purchase the item.

    Ordered a RHAPSODY Mens Ring in Platinum. The night of showing, the Host and Hostess stated the 3 Mens rings are CERTIFIED AND APPRAISED. Never received the Appraisal and have contacted LC like 6 times since 11/7/24. They only state that it has been elevated to management and the last call was today with the same old comment. Very disappointing how a company can state on *********** that the rings are CERTIFIED AND APPRAISED and no APPRAISAL when ring was delivered. ** has been good in the past, but seriously have doubts about the company now. How can they advertise on TV something and never received what they stated on TV in 2 months.Terrible **************** on Managements part,

    Unfortunately it has not been resolved. We spoke to ****** and she reviewed the night of the showing concerning the appraisal and stated we would get it in the mail. She called back and stated we need to send the ring back to them for the appraisal and when we do that we call her to tell her what the tracking number is. WELL, this is unacceptable. We called back and the guy stated to hold and he transferred me to the MANAGERS line where I left a very CLEAR message last week on 3/13/25. No phone call has been returned to date and they want us to send the ring back?? Beings that the ring was purchased last November and the possibility of it getting Lost/Misplaced etc. We are not sending it back. SHOP LC should work with a JEWELRY SHOP where we live to get it Certified and appraised. The ring was purchased last NOV and it's not our error so why does SHOP LC request us to go through this hassle?? What kind of **************** is this??

    We provided the customer with two options to resolve their concern:
    They could have the item appraised locally, with reimbursement up to $100 upon receipt of the appraisal and proof of payment.
    Alternatively, they could return the item to us for appraisal at no cost to them.
    The customer declined to return the item and did not follow up with documentation of an outside appraisal. As a result, we were unable to proceed further. We remain committed to resolving issues fairly and are still open to assisting if the customer chooses to provide the requested documentation or return the item.
