            On October 28, 2021, I ordered some figures from AAA Toy and Collectibles. The total was $259.74. These items were for pre-order and during COVID, so it was expected to take a few months. June of '22 I emailed asking for a status update and received a response that part of my order was in, and they were waiting for the rest. Great. After a few more months, I emailed again. No response this time. I've emailed half a dozen more times, no response. I've attempted to use their live chat on several occasions, but never received a response there, either. My order still shows active on their website. (#****). I tried going through the bank and PayPal, but it stopped being their problem after 6 months. They company is still actively sending out newsletters and updating content on their website.

            Do not buy from this business. Pre ordered a bunch of items (May 2021). These items have been released since the beginning of 2022. Havent received them. They havent been been shipped and my emails have been ignored. Very shady business practices.
