    A group of us wanted to take a wine tour to celebrate a special occasion and the night before our wine tour, Texas Wineos reached through email saying that the bus we were going to take it was having mechanical issues. They said they could not find another bus for on such short notice. Basically telling us that our tour was no longer something we could do. This was supposed to take place on May 3, we have reached out countless times through phone and email requesting a refund. All of those requests have gone unanswered. All we want is a refund. We do not want to ever engage with this business ever again we just want a refund for a service that we paid for it, but did not get.

    I booked a group bus tour for May 3, 2025, through Texas Winos, which was abruptly canceled. I was informed the cancellation was due to an issue with their bus charter company. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact Texas Winos via email and social media to request a refund. Despite these efforts, communication from the company has been extremely poor and virtually nonexistent.With no response or action from Texas Winos, I was forced to dispute the charge with my bank. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service. I am submitting this complaint in hopes that Texas Winos will be held accountable and improve their communication and business practices.

    I was charged , out of the blue , for service I had already paid for 2 months prior. I have spent 3 weeks trying to get a refund with no luck.

    On March 23, 2025, I came across a ******** post regarding a wine tasting festival in **********, **, and decided to visit the website to verify its authenticity. After reviewing the site, I registered for the event, paying a fee of $29.71. The festival was scheduled for April 26, 2025. However, on April 25, 2025, I received an email from Texas Wino informing me that the event had been cancelled. I promptly responded to the email, and after several exchanges, I was assured that a refund would be issued. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive this refund. Following this experience, I conducted some research online and discovered that Texas Wino has a reputation for scamming individuals, as evidenced by their F rating on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a total of 112 complaints filed in the last three years, primarily concerning event cancellations without refunds. (****************************************************************************************************************************************)I am formally reporting that Texas Wino is misleadingly promoting a wine tasting tour/festival with the intent to defraud consumers. They are advertising on both ******** and ******. (************************************************************************************************************)

    On 3-25-25 I purchased entry to the wine festival in ******** on ***************** I received an email the event was canceled and I could pick another date. I have attached the multiple emails I have sent with very few replies.I contacted the venue for the event they said they had me signed up for but they have no wine event scheduled that day and I have requested a refund with no response. This has been going on more than a month now and I would just prefer a refund.

    My wife and I purchased a tour for a family members birthday and the tour was canceled with less than 24 hour notice. The company will not answer their phone or emails about getting our money back. The tour was not canceled by us and all we want is our money back.

    We had booked a winery tour leaving ****** for the hill country back in January 2025. Arrived at the pickup location we'll before the pickup time. After waiting for almost 3 hours to approximately 1 1/2 hours after the scheduled time, we left, along with a number of other people also waiting.Contacted the business through their online contact firm, the only way provided to contact them, and to date have received no response. Based on other reviews here, I just chalked it up to "lesdon learned" and moved on.However, on 4/28/2025, my credit card was charged yet another $223.42 by Texas Winos. I have had no contact with the business, did not authorize another charge and ordered nothing. This is 100% a fraudulent charge.

    Hi BBB, 

    My complaint is NOT for G-plan as noted in the companies response.   

    This complaint is for ************************* per the complaint and the all the attached documentation.  I wrote back when I got the original update from BBB letting BBB know of the issue being sent to the incorrect company.

    In January my husband and I purchased 2 tickets for a wine tasting tour with Texas Winos for my friend's birthday. It was a large group of us that all attended. The cost of my two tickets was $223.42. That was purchased on December 30th via my debit card online. Immediately after the purchase I received a confirmation email. That was all ********** forward to Sunday night on April 27, 2025 when I see the same exact amount of $223.42 from Texas Winos -************, ** posted on my bank account. That following Monday, I reached out to Texas Winos via email asking why I was charged again without notice, without any confirmation of any reservation, etc. They said, sometimes if your cell phone or tablet browser is open, it will generate a whole new purchase. That's such a lie. I didn't get any kind of confirmation, if that was the case. "******* Wino" at ********************************** said he initiated a refund and it will reflect in my bank in a day or two. It's been 8 days and now he's not returning my emails. I have not received the money he robbed from my bank account. I had to cancel my bank card and dispute the transaction with my bank, but I still have not received my money! I reached out to others that attended this outing and one of my friends also had the same thing happen to him, but he had not noticed it. He was going to try to get a refund as well. I mentioned that to ******* Wino and he confirmed it and said it appears there is a further issue. He said "Now that we know this is an issue,we are blocking any potential double charges." why would there ever be any double charges permitted?

    I booked a wine tour for a group of 8 people for 4/26/2025 at 11am. At 6:48am the morning of, we received an email stating their buses were overbooked and they could not continue with our tour as scheduled. This is the second time this has happened to us. They stated that if we did not want to reschedule we would receive a refund immediately. I opted for the refund. It is now 5/6/2025 and I still have not received a refund for more than $300 that I spent with this company. I have sent 5 emails with no response. There is no phone number to contact.
