Scam. It should have tipped me off that I didn't receive a confirmation email when I bought our tickets. They don't have a phone number you can call, so I sent a message through their website and advised that I didn't get a confirmation email. The guy that runs it (who appears to be the company's sole employee) then sent me an email saying that it served as the confirmation and that we were booked for this Sunday, 4/28. Well, from lots of other reviews I've read here and on other platforms, their pattern is to abruptly cancel events due to a variety of excuses, and not issue refunds. This is what happened to us. I paid for two tickets to their "Wino Fest" and they cancelled it 3 days ahead of time because there was rain on the forecast. (Usually these things are held indoors only, or at different venues that give you the option to be indoors or under sufficient shelter, so that seemed odd to me. I requested a refund and never heard back. I followed up numerous times just to be told that they're busy and will let me know when they issue my refund. Very unhappy that I did business with them, and won't do it again.
