"All County Capital Property Management conducts a fraudulent business - and has not returned the security deposit of my tenant and required documents even after the contract was terminated and signed termination notice was provided. They do not disburse owner money on time, they changed the contract after signing and they continue to charge my tenant even after their services were terminated by the owner."
