In October of ************************* a piece of jewelry with the expectation it would be real gold and made of real material. We spent $200 and waited 7 months for the jewelry to be sent to us. Once arrived I noticed a discoloration on the jewelry in the sterile packaging so I went to open it and notice my "gold" jewelry was two toned, and spotted all over. When I reached out to the vendor asking for a replacement or refund due to the discoloration and I would not be able to put it in my body. They asked for a photo which I sent along and have attached here. Upon getting my photo they told me the spots and marks of discoloration are from "sterilizing" and I can wipe them off. I attempted to wipe off the spots but it is impossible as it is clearly oxidized metal and not something that can be wiped off because it is fake jewelry. When I told them I tried and it didn't work so I would like a refund, they told me that is not possible and that I could send it back to them to be cleaned. I let them know that I was not comfortable doing that due to the 7 month wait time we endured to get the jewelry from them to begin with. I also let them know that the inability to work with me on a comprise after I spent so much money made me feel uncomfortable and like this was a scam. I then proceeded to let them know I would follow up with my bank and the BBB. I would like a refund for the fake jewelry they sold. I also would like them to be flagged so they do not scam anyone else.
