Terrible company like anything else owned by these dirtbags at ***********. They discriminate against straight men so much its crazy. I a protected veteran am not allowed to post pictures of myself when I was in the army because Im holding a gun. If you read bumbles policy I should be ok because Im in uniform. Nope my picture was taken down in less than 5 minutes. But I see girls holding a gun at a shooting range all the time. Bumble and *********** consider and treat all males as sub-human. If women can filter men by height why cant men filter women by body weight? Last I checked body weight is able to be controlled as height is not.Review from Neal G

This business engaged in very deceptive practices...I tried out a trial session of premium and boost, but it wasn't for me so I cancelled my subscription through ****** play. I was being charged for boost even though I had cancelled my subscription, and to my surprise...was getting charged every week. The process to cancel this was apparently not incorporated automatically when you cancel your subscription and I was never notified of the charges even though I specified my email for billing and looked at the FAQ's to get information about properly cancelling subscriptions which I followed. They stated that I never cancelled boost because there was a different way to do that, which...divulged a really shady and non-intuative tactic that I am writing to you about...when you cancel your subscription....it isn't truly cancelled. This made delete my profile and I won't be doing business with Bumble ever.Review from Beth K

I had paused my account for a couple of months and therefore honestly forgot about this subscription. Bumble charged me the full amount of the subscription prices, *****, without any warning or reminder that the charges were coming due. They only alerted me after they charged me. That very day, I deleted my account and asked ********************** that since I caught it right away, and canceled the same day, could I please be refunded? They told me I could not. The terms and conditions do say no refunds but I feel their practice was a shady. Consumers should be alerted before the charge or be given a grace *******Review from Rachelle W

Bumble says it is a safe place for women, but it is the opposite. They believe abusers who want to isolate you and not be able to find another partner. They allow them to create accounts using your information, find your real account, and report you so you will be permanently banned. I messaged Bumble telling them this, and how you also have the police involved, and because there are NO HUMANS who actually speak to you, or listen to what is happening, you are at the mercy of an algorithm. If this wasnt the digital age, I wouldnt bat at eye, but Bumble and Hinge are really the only way to meet anyone >30 years old. My abuser knew this. Thank you for taking their side and creating even more anxiety for me.Review from Mystie W

As a paying member, I contacted them because I was not getting 7 days of use of their service before they charge me. Some times they would charge me at 5 days, which I told them was false advertising for their plan. I would like to get refunded for that week. They claimed they didnt have record of my account, so they dont keep track of their members? They said, ask Apple but there was nothing from them. I gave them my Bumble account info, a screenshot of my profile and one that I then cancelled my subscription. They started calling me ******. Who is that? I told them that is not my name and am confused why they are calling me a new name. So to end the story, ****** has deleted their account. Would not give them stars.Bumble Response

My account has been shadow banned for no apparent reason. Multiple fake accounts showing and even fake profiles floating around of myself. This app is trash. Dont use bumbleBumble Response

Human trafficking is bumble. I pay $59 for no matches out of ,any fake and low quality profiles. Im getting no matches at all, so Im paying to look at pics of women, thats kind of like *** trafficking except in a way, its even worse because you get nothing. This entire thing is nothing but a huge scam and the company should be sued in a class action lawsuit.Bumble Response

Bumble advertises features (like Backtracks) that fail to work after paying for a Premium subscription. Their support team is notorious for sending responses that do not even align with customer concerns.Bumble Response

The backtrack feature will be available as soon as you purchase your Premium membership. Once you have your subscription, you can use the feature on the next member to appear on your Swipe queue.
Unfortunately, if you accidentally vote no for a member and then purchase a subscription, you cannot undo this vote. The option will be available on your next vote.

This is a ***************** After I paid for a subscription they hid my contacts I had established conversation with, demanding a "Premium" upgrade which I had already made when I purchased the subscription less than a month ago. When I then tried to upgrade, They advised my profile was "being reviewed", which is ridiculous since I had prepaid my prescription. Their system didn't even allow an upgrade, a paradoxical loop.
