I bought Bumble premium when I was struggling with a breakup/low self esteem and then sought to cancel the subscription the very same day I bought it. I accepted that I had already paid for 1 month's worth of the service, but I didn't want to pay for 2 months of the service. There's no "cancel subscription" button on the Bumble app, so I Googled "how to cancel Bumble premium" and the results indicated that I needed to contact the service I used to complete the purchase (in my case ******** Note to the wise - never use a product that lacks a "cancel subscription" button and instead requires you to disconnect your card from their service. When I found my first Bumble transaction in ****** and pressed the "request cancellation" button, ****** gave me a note recommending that I contact Bumble using the bumble-paypal-us @******************************* address. I sent an email to the address asking how to cancel my Bumble premium subscription on June 27th. By July 27th the next month, I had received no response to my email and Bumble had charged me another $40 for premium when I hadn't even opened the app after June 27th. I lucked out b/c ****** agreed to refund the purchase. But please if you're reading this, DO NOT GIVE BUMBE YOUR MONEY. Look at the BBB summary of complaints against Bumble. You'll regret giving Bumble your business.

well, where to start. first, Lots of scammers. so beware. they do not have any tools in place to weed these out. Also, and I can NOT stress this enough...do NOT EVER give them a credit card no. they wont stop charging it. i THOUGHT i was paying for ONE week, they continued to charge every week. it was a credit card so I didnt notice immediately. i cancelled. They continued to be charged. when I reached out I was informed they have a no refund policy but could continue to use their services.....I was informed I would need to uninstall the app! I also had to contact my credit card co. ******. side note, I honestly believe at least 1/3 of the profiles are bots.

Hello, Like everyone else complaining on dating app companies BBB pages, I too am constantly banned, and always without a refund, forcing me to call in a dispute to my credit card company each time. I depend on online dating as the only way I have a chance to meet members of the opposite gender, but, unfortunately, like everyone else complaining on the BBBs page for each dating app company, I too am constantly the victim of the absolutely horrendous method that almost every major dating app companymost of them owned by Match Groupuses to handle the concept of reporting users, which ultimately and quickly leads to reported users being permanently and immediately banned on the app. There should only be 1 reason to ever permanently ban any user: criminal activity. No one should ever receive the dating app equivalent of the death penalty for any reason less than this. The most common example is scammers using photos of an attractive person, usually a slim young white girl, with the aim of making money somehow from the victim. A much rarer example is a physical crime, such as physical assault, date ****, kidnapping, mugging, and the like. However, I, like all the folks complaining about each dating app on their respective BBB pages, have never once attempted any of these crimes. Instead, were always permanently banned for silly reasons such as because someone clicked report on us for revenge for any reason, and then, if we make a new account, were banned because we were banned for silly reasons previously. All you have to do is skim the BBB pages of each app to see that the company, usually ************ employs the same ridiculous copy and paste messages each time: Assure the user that they were banned correctly and with great consideration, not via an automatic process in which one or more users clicked report on them, and that theres a great reason they cant disclose what their offense was, and that they absolutely must keep your money.

Do not sign up with this online dating service! I joined Bumble for a one-week contract. I sent out about 50 swipes / smiles etc...and only got one hit from a female who "liked" me. I checked out her profile. We chatted a few times on the Bumble platform. The match seemed to be legit and so I didn't want to continue paying for renewing my weekly contract since I had already linked up with a potential match. So, I explained this to the lady and asked her if she would feel comfortable exchanging telephone numbers so we can chat by cell phone, call and possible meet in person at a public cafe, which we did. All seem to go ok. Upon reaching out to this woman by chat for a follow-up date, she wasn't interested. I then tried to get back on Bumble and found that my account had been BLOCKED. ****, I think it is because Bumble doesn't want those who register and pay to leave their platform. They want you to continue paying money for contract renewals so that you stay on their chat platform. This is totally unfair and unprofessional. I am not going to pay $42 per week when I have already been matched with someone who "liked" me. Dating can be a long-term process even with one person. Bumble just wants to take your money. I am wondering how they found out that I decided to exchange cell numbers and use the cell phone chat? Are they monitoring / tracking its users or did the "lady" who reached out to me report me? If the latter is case, then why would "she" exchange phone numbers with me? All these online dating services are all scams and frauds and should be investigated, penalized and taken to court and face the full extent of the law and also removed from the online internet.

Bumble allows users to send lewd and inappropriate remarks, and lets them un-match you when you call them out on the behavior. Then, when you file a report to their customer service with all the information with the harasser's basic identifying information and user activity (timestamped when unmatched) they say they can't find the account. This protects those who do the harassment, and users specifically women should not feel safe on this app. ***** on this company!

Bumble allows men to harass you. You pay an outrageous amount for men to send you pictures. And then when you say no they claim bad behavior and get you blocked because you dont want to put up with them being gross. They do not investigate anyone who has been harassed. They take you at your word and band you from their app. How is a business allowed to run in this manner? When you complain they do nothing. Just say oh sorry. So as a woman, it is apparently ok to be harassed by strangers.

Joined Bumble on 3/19 and my profile was blocked on 3/22. They have no customer service phone number so email was sent to their support group to understand what was going on. Received a canned response stating they didn't recognize my email address and I needed to confirm it along with my phone number. A second email was sent to them with this information and the same canned response was received. I paid $190 and only got 3 days of service! It is their policy not to send any refunds. I would never recommend this dating service to anybody!

I have canceled my subscription to Bumble. They charged me anyways for the next three months. I then try to get back on the app to cancel again and they informed me I am blocked because I violated values. They said I had several reports of inappropriate behavior. I did NO such thing. I haven't been on there for over a month. They are a scam, dishonest and they take your money.
