      I am filing a complaint regarding the wrongful blocking of my Bumble account and the companys refusal to provide me with due process or a fair verification option. I was using a free account, and out of nowhere, I was flagged for impersonating someone else. This accusation is completely false the profile contains photos of myself, and I have repeatedly offered to complete a photo verification process to prove my identity.Despite multiple attempts to contact Bumble support and escalate the issue, I have only received generic responses with no real explanation or opportunity to resolve the matter. I believe this may be discriminatory, potentially based on appearance or assumptions made by other users who falsely reported my profile.Bumbles refusal to allow basic identity verification or explain how their decision was reached is both unfair and concerning, especially given that they are denying access to a platform based on an unverifiable accusation. I am asking Bumble to either reinstate my account or at the very least allow me to verify my identity through their normal process.I am prepared to escalate this matter further if necessary.

      Bumble has blocked my account right after I purchased their subscription, without giving any reason. And now they are refusing to refund my money.       As a California resident and former Bumble user whose account was banned, I am formally exercising my rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request the complete and permanent deletion of all personal data, including biometric information, from Bumbles systems.Previous requests have gone unanswered. In addition to confirming the full erasure of my data, Im requesting a detailed disclosure of all third parties with whom my data, especially biometric identifiers, has been shared, stored, or sold, and written confirmation that those parties have deleted my information as well.

      I paid for a month of premium on 6/4. Immediately after the subscription would not work and would not show me who liked me. I requested a refund and cancelled the renewal. This was ********** it is not showing an active premium subscription on my account, so I am paying for a service I am not receiving. An immediate refund is due.

      I was advertised a service and when i purchase that service they did not provide it. They instead provided a different (useless) service. They advertised Bumble Premium to me, I selected and purchased Bumble Premium, Bumble Premium showed up in my Apple subscriptions, and yet they provided me with Bumble Boost instead and sent a receipt for Bumble boost. They refused to alter the subscription to what I purchased (Bumble Premium) or provide a refund.Customer support refused to help me..

      I had an account with ********************** for a few years under my phone number. I went to login yesterday (6/17/25) and the app told me that my account was blocked or banned for violating community guidelines. I havent been on Bumble in a few months. I read through the guidelines and couldnt figure out why I was blocked. I reached out to Bumble support to see if it was a mistake and what guideline did I violate. They continued to repeat that their decision stands and they carefully decided it. Then I asked for some proof or, again, what guideline was violated. They still refused to answer and said something about my record being gone due to retention records. I was trying to make friends on Bumble BFF and Im not understanding what happened to my account after being dormant for so long. A possible resolution would be to help me get my account reinstated and look at where my data had gone to in less than a calendar year. I would like some transparency from this company and not only receive generic copy/paste support responses. Thank you.

      I was enrolled in their premium subscription; however, I canceled on May 18th, 2025. They have charged me for their premium subscription for three consecutive weeks after my initial cancellation date, and are refusing to refund the money they stole after I canceled. They claim that because I did not cancel through the app, the money is not refundable; however, I canceled through ****** Play, the service that I initially used to download the app and initiate payments.
