            On 03/26/2024 I arrived at Town North Nissan and purchased a 2024 Nissan Rogue .I put down $4000 .The salesman and I came to an agreement that the final price of the vehicle was $32000 (before down payment ) meaning that with down payment included I would owe $28000 on the loan .However , the financing department added $4000 in additional hidden fees .I agreed to the terms via it being a good deal .Once agreed I signed a binding contract.I was contacted by the facility and told that they made an error and that the car wasnt supposed to be that low . They tried to manipulate and bully me into returning the vehicle . They also ILLEGALLY discussed my business with my brother when he went to purchase a car the next day . Refusing *********** unless he persuaded me to bring in the vehicle they initially sold me because they wanted to renegotiate the contract so that they could slyly increase my payments .

            DO NOT SHOP HERE!I believe that this establishment engages in illegal practices and I was discriminated and profiled against.They refused to sell me a car based on a deal they made with my sister. They wanted me to persuade her to come in to increase her payments and told me if I was unable to do that they would not sale me a car. The way they conducted business was so unprofessional, I was astounded at what came out of the GMs mouth!! I expressed that the reason why he wouldnt sell me a car was odd and his response was very unprofessional and condescending. My sisters sale had no correlation to mine . However, they illegally discussed her information with me and practically tried to bully me into manipulating her onto their facility so that they can steal her vehicle from her.I disagree with their tactics and believe that they are racist . I have a friend who works there and has stated that they give higher pricing to people of color . 0/10 wouldnt recommend. I am extremely offended and traumatized by this experience . Please go somewhere else if you can , DO NOT give this company your business !
