I signed up for service that was SUPPOSE to be a one time charge of $19 for a mow and edging deal and then 2 more mows at $55 (bi weekly) The dates talked about with sales was April 23 or 24. When the "provider" contacted me he said April 22. I told him no that was not correct He said he couldn't change the scheduled date with out getting a bad **** against him I told him it is not a matter of rescheduling, the office retold him the wrong date to begin with. After ALOT of phone calls to Customer ********************** and a few red flags , we got it for April 23 or 24 (which is what it was suppose to be) April 23 rained so we assumed he was not gonna show (never contacted us to say that but we assumed) I started asking him (and the sales office ) on the 23 what the time frame for the 24 would be.. NO ANSWER. so April 24 rolls around and again, after ALOT of messages being sent AND NO RESPONSE I was getting very frustrated so we canceled the service entirely. About 2 hours later ...when we were not home and couldn't stop him he showed up. we saw thru our doorbell camera .
