    Just like previous complaints, It is impossible to cancel the subscription of the service or delete the credit card on file. My business has been closed, and I called and emailed , used online chat to cancel my service before the renewal date, it got nowhere. Opened case number to cancel (Case number ********) and still service hasn't been canceled.

You signed up on April 13, 2022 for our Starter Plan and Registered ************** The starter plan is non renewing but your Registered Agent services are still active as your LLC is still active with the **************** and we are still listed as the Registered Agent. You filed your Annual Report with the state on 3/17/23 and left us listed as Registered Agent, document is attached as evidence. If you have made any changes since then please let us know.

    I have closed my business down back in December of 2022. I have attempted to call ZenBusiness with having to wait for almost an hour to get no where. There is no way to cancel your subscription or remove your payment info so that you are not receiving additional charges for a business that is no longer active. I am getting no where with being able to successfully close my account with ZenBusiness. I will never do business with them again.

    I asked that the business bank account be closed. I was told it was. Then the following month I was charged again. I was also charged more than was advertised for their services to set up the llc

    I was told the llc price was $85.00 Upon paying it I was charged an additional $149.  Crediting $5 doesnt address that concern.

    As explained in our email today the $149 was for the *** and business document bundle purchased on February 27 and billed on March 2 after filing the *** with the state and obtaining the ***. Please see your ZenBusiness order receipt for more details.

    I canceled my subscription to ZenBusiness in 2021. They continued to charge me annual renewal fees in 2022 and 2023. I have emailed to cancel and they won't honor my request. I went onto my account and I can't delete my payment method, or cancel my subscription. I want all of my annual subscription fees refunded.

    They charged me for an "auto renewal" that I did not want or agree to, but there's no way to cancel a membership that I never agreed to or remove my card information from their website. I sat on hold on the phone for over an hour on 3 separate occasions before giving up. The chat function on their website doesn't work either. They took $398 from my account for services that I never agreed to and are impossible to get ahold of to speak to anyone! I literally cannot delete my card information from their website. I don't even know how this is even legal?! I want my money refunded and my card information deleted from their website/files as I did not authorize recurring payments. This company is a scam, and they are also in bed with another scam of a company called **** Accountant, under no circumstances, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

    They do not cancel my subscription even after 3 emails. They do not answer phones quickly and make it difficult to get through to cancel subscription. Ultimately I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop billing it. Even after requesting them to remove me from there email list they still try to bill and send emails telling me to put in a new credit card.

    It's impossible to reach customer service. I was charged over 200 after I canceled my services. I was charged on a debit card that I never provided to zen business. How does that even happen?

    I want to terminate my subscription but they have told me they would not because I have to have a registrar for my business. The registrar is local and I can continue to use them WITHOUT having Zen involved at all! I cannot access my state files online and I have called several times and am on hold for long periods without an answer. I have sent in multiple emails regarding them double billing me $348 and have not heard any response for that as well.. I want this resolved as quickly as possible with a refund since I have 60 days and cancel their service while giving me my Secretary of State business login information.

    Hi, I recently signed up to use services with ZenBusiness. However, within 48 hours, I decided to cancel all services and features. Zenbusiness states they have a 60 refund guarantee; however, I cannot get any assistance with customer support. I have screenshots of the chat boxes going unanswered and screenshots of phone calls with very long hold times. I'm also sent emails several times requesting cancellation assistance. I need assistance with this matter to receive my refund. Thank you,*****************************

    On March 14, 2023 I hired them to start an LLC. Shortly after my password stopped working. I have tried multiple times to reset with their system no send a link to my email. I have been trying to contact them via chat and have now been on the phone waiting for over an hour. At this point I want to cancel my account and want a full refund. I paid upfront $423 dollars, and this is how you treat a paying customer. You are a fraud and judging by the reviews on here lack any business ethics. If a refund is not given I will contact an attorney and take you to court.
