            We purchased a model home from Ashton Woods in reliance on their 10-year structural warranty. Before closing, we noticed a minor crack in the guest bathroom floor, which Ashton Woods assured us would be repaired before move-in. While they did replace the tiles, the issue resurfaced approximately a year later. Despite another complete bathroom renovation, the problem has reappeared for a third time. More recently, we've noticed expanding cracks in the drywall.Since January 22, 2024, our repeated attempts to contact Ashton Woods about these ongoing structural issues have been unsuccessful. We are concerned that these problems are worsening and could lead to more significant damage. We kindly request your assistance in getting Ashton Woods to address this matter promptly and permanently, as it falls within the scope of our home warranty.

            Be ready to get cheap quality homes with non existent warranty support.The homes they build start disintegrating within a year. They use the worst materials and the workmanship is below part it is seven feet deep.Following issues were observed within 10 months of my staying here A. HVAC unit died within 10 months and could not bear even one texas summer. Very cheap quality products were used in this unit.B. No insulation in multiple places leading to a breakage in the frame.C. Cheap quality plumbing material led to leak which damaged the dry wall.D. Bad planning to drain ac without insulation. This resulted in condensation which resulted in damaging cheap quality cabinet E. One of windows leaked rainwater F. Everything feels so cheap quality. If you buy an inventory home beware they have used the cheapest material in those.In conclusion, from my experience this builder is one of the worst. I ca assure you, your experience would not be much different from what I am having.In short run from this builder.
