    BUYER BEWARE! Terrible experience. The course repeated itself with different answer to the same question multiple times. Additionally in my state, **, the approved provider (in this case 360training.com) has 10 calendar days to submit my completion certificate. They never sent it. Essentially, they took my money and did not report. So to me that sounds like theft of services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION OF ANY SORT. There are no repurcussions and now I"ll have to fight the charge on my cc as well as re-take the course with another provider in order to keep my license current.

    I paid for training courses for over a dozen of our employees, but was miffed to learn that when you create a learner's account, you have to manually create and track each employees' login username and email, and then manually send out that list; there is not option to do this simply from the 360Training portal. Considering I've used other training sites that allowed you to run a report to get this information, 360's way of doing it seems antiquated and is incredibly not user friendly.However, the real kicker is to be able to run a report like the one I spoke about above, you have to pay $1,500 a year to get the completed manager and admin role capabilities. Hiding these simple, necessary functions behind an annual $1,500 fee is completely bogus. I will not be using 360Training for my company's future training needs for the two reasons I've listed in this complaint.

    The real estate course is a complete ripoff. You pay for materials that expire. If I buy a book, I should always have access to that purchase. It's not presented as a materials lease. A complete waste of money. Support only provides canned answers.

    I paid for the etips learning course, a few too many times. Because it wasn't working properly, I asked them to refund the money. I got an email stating that they refunded it, yet no money has ended ** in my account. I've sent a few emails, asking where the refund is at. I haven't gotten any responses back, after the one stating I was refunded. Still waiting on that refund, would like it to show ** in my account. I still have every email, sent to and received from.

    I purchased a CE package for real estate and was issued a store credit for the course because it did not meet NYS' requirements (which recently changed). The issue is 360training offered no receipt of this credit and so I spent 45 min verifying that I had a credit and they told me once I'm ready to use it to contact them again. They have no idea when the package will be complete but would not refund my money. All I asked for was an email confirmation so I didn't have to waste my time in the future once the package was completed for purchase and was NOT given any receipt or email noting the credit.

At the time of purchase, our package is still compliant with the ** **** CE requirement.     I received a missed call on 10/5/22 at 1:37PM ET (no voicemail was left). I called back the number at 4:03PM ET on 10/5/22 spoke to a rep who said that they checked with the department and they did not have any knowledge on why I was called. I did let them know I was hoping it was to apologize for the inconvenience and make things right, but that was not the case. I have purchased a CE package through another company and will NOT be using your store credit since the issue was I DID NOT receive confirmation of the STORE CREDIT and didn't want to waste more of my time in the future, as stated in my review. My time is valuable and you wasted 45 min verifying a credit which an email confirmation would avoided. I hope you improve your customer service for future customers.

    This is the worst company ever!I waited 2 different days in a waiting que for a ******* exam 9 hrs later I got a message on a chat closed due to bad weather ,office is in ***** ********************************** a que for 2.5 hrs they don't say they are closed on weekends They won't let your review the course after you take it to study How are they still in business??

    The questions and answers seem to be written by a bot or someone who learned English from a 5 year old. The site will also make you spend 90 seconds to read one sentence before it will let you advance. The chapter assessments make you spend 90 seconds per question. Will not use their products ever again!!!!

    Charged me twice for the course. They Waited long enough to respond back to complaint and then claimed that I had it in my files and that to get a refund too much time has passed. No kidding it was in my files, I paid twice for it and the second time it went through, because I thought that this company will do what is right. I mean it was $30, but it became principle now. I was always a loyal customer and recommended it to so many. Never again!

    What in the world of scams. I called to get assistance for the test and after an hour of being on the phone with the rep he couldnt help me launch my test so I wasted half of my day trying to take this test. Then i had to get a new computer the next chance I had a free day off and they said now I need to repay for the course because it expired.... so they want me to repay for the course because they couldnt help me figure out how to launch their test???? This company is the biggest joke, please go elsewhere to get your certs!

    I purchased osha 30 but was told it expired when i went to take the course. I was not told at any point that i had 6 months to take it. They would not give me my money back or give me a credit to the next one either
