My name is *******************************, My complaint is about an order My daughter *********************** paid for through her ***** ********** account card on the 8th of April 2023 in the amount of two transactions $260. We were shocked to see that amount charged to her account thinking the amount would be $39.98 . The sale was buy 3 bottles get 2 free. Ad did not say each sold separately. I , ******************************* called Justified Laboratories quickly upon realizing after my daughter ************************* checked her ***** ********** account to see if the order had gone through. The order said "pending ". Tried several times on Saturday the 8th and again on the 11th to hurry cancel. The only answer I received was music and a recording saying call back at another time. "EVERY TIME I CALLED!" THE SAME ANSWER ! Today the 12th of April I received a text saying they could not find the order placed on the 8th. Please look for the order under my daughter's name; I think that's where the problem lies. The order was Bio. Science Keto ACV Gummies. Buy 3 get 2 free. This product Keto ACV Gummies did nothing for me. I didn't lose weight and my appetite was not curbed. I used the product for about a month and a half from about February 12 to March 28, 2023. When I contacted the company for a refund, I was told that my request was passed the 30-day period. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I bought two bottles and received one free bottle--twice. I have three unopened bottles.Business response

The below information is what happened. They indicated to send picture of purchase from my bank which I did and now they are requesting more information. I made a purchase on their website today January 7th for the Lifeline Keto ACV gummies which they are claiming to have been on Shark Tank, but I did some research and that is not the case and they are just flat out scamming people. I tried to send an email to request a refund. The message came back as undeliverable because the address thats listed on their website actually does not exist. Go figure. I would like a full refund of $78.12. The fact that they are still in business is mind blowing after reading all of these complaints.Business response

The company charges my checking account $119.88; transactions on 7/25, 8/22, 9/19, 10/20. I have tried to call via phone multiple times; there is no answer. The message refers you to a website that your computer can never get to because it "times out". I have attempted to contact them multiple times via email: 8/29, 9/22, 10/21. I spoke with my banking institution; the only information they provide on the transaction is ** (**********) and a phone number, but the phone number changes with each transaction. This company are thieves and liars. I ordered keto gummies from this company. They advised them buy 3 get 2 free for $149.95. They charged me $199.99. + $59.99 for 2 other bottles that I did not order. I called complained and requested my money back. They said I could return them in 60 days. I said I did not want to do any business with them ever again. And today I received anther 5 bottles and was charged anther $199.99. This company should be shut down. They are thieves and liars. I am rejecting this response because:received a drug recall letter for skin cell tag remover recall was issued by *** called company received no response for refund. Even though they knew i bought product they want me to pay for shipping and handling cost to get refund The *** issued recall I believe that should be enough to issue refund this was an unapproved new drug violation of the food and drug cosmetic act 21 U.S.C 355 (a) and 331 (d) .

Following a ******** ad for weight loss gummies that held claims relating to shark tank funding, I ordered 4 bottles of ACV+KETO Gummies for $79.99 based off specific ingredient listing and claims of being funded by Shark Tank on the ordering platform. When I went to order, the platform kept changing and changing price, number of bottles, etc. I've apparently been badly scammed, and apparently I'm not the only one.I have 3 issues: 1) When ordering, the ordering platform was different than where I started, and the bottles look completely different than the original ad and what I thought I had ordered. The ordering platform it took me to automatically charged me an additional $29.99 for two more bottles before I could review the order, which I did not approve. This was on top of the $79.99. 2) While the "6" bottles arrived promptly, when looking at the ingredient list, it did not match the ******** ad AT ALL. Their claim of being on shark tank is completely false as well. Finally, the original claim that the product is *** approved, there is nothing on the label confirming this. I have also placed a complaint with the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition within the *****) When requesting a refund with return shipping label, they tried to get me to keep the product for a 25%, then 50% refund. I asked for a full refund plus shipping costs. They have given me an address to ship back to, claiming they will inspect the items to decide on a refund, and that I am to cover shipping costs. Given the misleading advertising, I am concerned about shipping anything back as they are clearly untrustworthy. I would like to get the refund ahead of time, and shipping costs covered.My request is that they provide a full refund with shipping costs, and that the BBB seriously consider further investigation as to their misrepresentations on their ordering platform and various ******** pages/websites.I am happy to provide photos, etc. as needed to support this complaintBusiness response

I am rejecting this response because:

In response to the Business (Justified Laboratories) claiming I was never a customer, I have attached the following documents:
1) Copy of my order: Order #***** for $79.99 - and then they added the $29.99 without my permission and there is no order receipt for the additional $29.99, just the credit card charge. That was one of the reasons for my return request and one of the noted issues in the original BBB complaint.
2) First Email where I rewuested a refund through initial response from Justified Laboratories dated June 23-Jun 27
3) Continuing email back and forth with ***** with my continued requests for refund (representative of Justified Laboratories) discussing my request for a refund from dates June 27-July 18)
4) Credit Card transactions (total of 4, two charges and two refunds).
Despite my request for shipping costs to be covered, especially given I was automatically charged and sent additional product for which I was never given an opportunity to approve, the company did refund the two original charges.
I request that this complaint be re-listed as valid, as these attachments are to demonstrate that I was, in fact, a customer albeit an unhappy one
