  They dont even deserve the one star im forced to select. ************ is a joke Highway robbery. They bend you over and **** you with no lube. What they dont tell you is they charge you a rental fee ontop of you paying for the trailer. So 50% of your payment goes to a rental fee 50% goes to the payoff.. Buyers beware do not buy from this scamming lying highway robbery company.. Gawd forbid you get behind on a payment they send backwoods ***** to come collect the trailer and he demands in cash payment and when it gets back to the store its not what you paid him for sure.. ************ should not be in business they rip people off .. Ive made *********************************************************************************** the first place then i find out if i make all 48 payments im paying almost 2.5 times what i agreed to purchase the trailer for.. Never received my registration stuff never received a copy of my contract. Oh if you request a copy they will charge you an addition $25 to simply email your contract that they dont give you anyway!! This place is a joke was never informed of this rental fee still no contact or registration info and ive been paying on this wrecked repoed trailer for a year.. waste of my **** money. This lady has the nerve to say well you can make your july payment and turn it in if youd like ok you gonna give me my rental payments back since you get the trailer back?? No well why in the h*** would i do that you ignorant woman?!?

  They don't have an account where you can check your payment and although you have made your payments they come back and say they have not received it even though you send them information verifying your payments.

  Simply put. Dont do it. Go elsewhere. I purchased a trailer from another rental to own and paid off no problems due to communications. This outfit. I got behind 2 payments after a CC issue and card on file obsolete and overlooked updating it. Thats on me. When I contacted was told pay entire past due now or no other option but voluntary repo. I agreed to voluntary and told someone would contact me to arrange. 2 months later a text to clean out trailer and arrange for pick up. I contact them to ask if any aggressive arrangements could be made to keep now that they offered again to allow me to make a partial payment on todays date two months later, but unfortunately, it was more of a lump sum that I could take of today. They advised me that they had tried to pick up the trailer once before and I told them my security cameras never showed such a thing.. thats when they told me it was at a storage facility and they would not allow them to enter. So how did they vin the trailer that could not be seen from the road. So now lets talk about trackers because I do not recall any disclosures in the agreement, and I even asked if there was a tracker on the trailer for privacy reasons and I was told no there was not. Legally, it has to be disclosed if a piece of rental property has a tracker on it.. now lets talk about the fact that if theyre making an attempt to pick it up without contacting me echoes from a voluntary repo to an involuntary repo but yet today again two months later, I received the request via text to prepare the trailer for pick up which any repo agent with an involuntary situation would not . To top it off the general manager when I told him I would have it by Monday, ready for pick up, threaten me with legal action, which is at the point where I told him that he just took the conversation to where my attorney would follow up with him if he wanted to threaten me. Im losing $3200.00 and offered aggressive catch up. Dont be a me.

  They are scammers. Give some song and dance why they cannot give a balance left due on account nor a pay off amount. That is so they can add money owed without your knowledge. Also on there FB page you cannot warn people and you cannot warn people on their website. I have asked for this info several times and they refuse to give me that information. They are crooks.

  A RIP OFF!!!! I have been charged double the price of this storage unit. These people are not transparent in their business stating CLEARLY to the consumer THIS IS A RENT TO OWN BUSINESS AND YOU WILL PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE, ARE YOU OKAY WITH THAT? People would walk, no run away from this type of foolishness. I would never have gone for this. I've purchased 2 buildings before and paid exactly what was advertised(not what is written inside the contract that is too small & timely to read, that's what this type of business relies on). Also aside from being ripped off, the friends of this owner (who work from home and have no customer service skills) who take the payments are rude. People don't want to be ripped of by people/ businesses that are intentionally deceptive. They need to be shut down. I need my money back!

  Bunch of liars and thieves pick up my trailer and stole $4000 worth of equipment out of it and said nothing the can do about it doesnt buy anything off them they will steal your stuff

  Bought a trailer from this company (through a third party, reeks of a scam). They collected sales tax, even after I questioned why on a highway going vehicle (I shouldve stopped there and found a reputable business). Ever since, Ive been trying to get a refund for $508. I was told by the local lot that they had nothing to do with billing and to contact ****** at Blue House. ****** acted like he hadnt been made aware and promised to overnight the refund on 12/16. It is 12/19, I have not received the refund, and a call into the office says ****** is out for the holiday season and the check has NOT been mailed. SCAMMERS, stay away.

  I think you guys are a bunch of con artists. You tell people that oh your two months behind then when we pay two months the next months is two months again. Lucky we found all our payments and Ill be calling you today. PEOPLE PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH HORIZON CAPITAL. FIND OUT WHO YOU WILL BE SENDING YOUR PAYMENTS TO. IF ITS THIS COMPANY DONT DEAL WITH THEM.

  This company kept a auto repo repose text message sent to our phones every 2 weeks even when we were on time. We called multiple times to have them fixed that and they did not. They refuse to send us full statements and receipts. We bought a trailer $4,200 and internet pay $6,200 and they were still threatening to come repo we got tired of it. We know games when we see them. This was not a part of the dotted line that we signed. This business is not a good business this company should be sued.
