First Class has installed 4 motors in my car over the last 3 years and not the 4th motor is bad. They are not willing to replace the motor since it is out of warranty by a month. This is unacceptable. Either they are buying bad motors from **** Auto Parts or they are not installing the motor correctly causing it to go bad. I am paying for a car that i can't even drive.

I took my 2014 ***** ****** to first class in Smyrna because it was jerking and the check engine light was on. The lady in the front stated that they would not be able to get me in until the next day. I said is it ok if I bring it in the morning. The lady said yes, **** said tomorrow at 8am. I bring it in the next morning at 8:03am and leave the keys. The guy calls me back and said we have ran a diagnostic test on your car and you need a new fuel pump, canister purge solenoid, gas cap. I asked how much he said about $1200. I said go ahead. He said I will get right on it. He calls back talking about I need a new battery and that would move my price to $1500. I stated I just had that done at the dealership less than a month ago. ***** said oh ok let me take that off and that I might want to take the battery back when they finish. I said ok. We hung up. ***** called back stating it not the front battery it's the back one and that would cost $223.00. I said ok cause I need my car to move. ***** called later on that day said come pick it up its done. I went to pick it up by time I got home the light was on again. I took it right back doing 5 miles per hour because my car is now worse than it was when i dropped it off the first time. ***** said he need until 1pm the next day. The next day he sends a text saying I need to bring my car in for its appointment at 1:30. I texted back stating my car is there. No call after that the whole day. The next day he calls talking about I need $4500 for a new transmission to get the light off because a new code was popping up *****. I know that when u unhook a battery that it takes time for the monitor to reset that is why the light came back on before I even got home. ***** never fixed what I came in for. ***** was just collecting money and I want it back. This was terrible customer service. I will never go back.

There is not enough room for me to adequately explain the situation. I am attaching it to the upload portion below. Needless to say, if the First Class Sales and Service and/or it's previous owner who made the promise of repaying my rental, had reimbursed me the $3300 from what he said, I wouldn't be asking for more. But now I am asking for $3300 from car rental and additional AC work (which the previous owner said he would pay me), $3000 in car payments for the 6+ months I haven't had my car due to their (FCSS and the previous owners) having my car sit, and the $4200 I paid in insurance.
