  8-11-23.....Don't buy the "buy one get one show tickets". It's a scam. Terrible venue. Terrible show. We walked out. Instead, if you want a good show use Majestic Theater. "Soul of Motown" show and "Time Warp show are excellent. These 2 shows are excellent. Don't buy Hatfield and Mccoy dinner show either. They overcharge you. Plus it is all based on selling you a timeshare. Don't fall for this deal, like we did, you wont be satisfied, you will be very disappointed.

  Total Scam ! They charged us 80.00 more than the actual venue was charging !! Pigeon forge tn - hatfield and McCoy dinner and show . They are sneaky and their web site looks identical to the venues ! If you want a refund once you have discovered you were scammed they will tell you the cancellation fee is 50,00!

  These people did what they told us, buy ticket, get one free. They did not email tickets as they said. They did not say another refundable deposit would need to be made and again it was refunded after the most pressure sales I have ever listened to. (150 minutes). In fact it was like being held hostage at their fast talking mercy !
  High pressure is not the word. I asked at least 10 times to give me the cost and was told, “I have to finish doing my job first”. Elliot was a nice young man though but would not answer my questions about cost, after the shock of the day’s special of $76,000 plus and my declining, in comes the rudest bearded ****! He proceeds to tell me that we took advantage of the “free gifts” that VME gave us and he certainly did not appreciate it. This was an invite from VME! He came down to $26,000. Again we declined. Then a nice gentleman appeared dating due to our age, he certainly did not blame us! He had another deal which he said he and his wife had, $5,000?
  I honestly do not understand how these people can treat the public like this. I would never want to be associated with employment at such an organization. The young man named Elliot was much too nice to make a career with people, like his bearded, boss!
  Sometime BOGO is not the best way! Folks, don’t let their outward kindness fool you! You have heard of “snakes in the grass”! Believe me. My time was certainly worth more than the time wasted with them!

  Total scam ripoff deceptive practices. Just read the other reviews and stay far away from these crooks. For me, I’m filing a complaint with the State Attorney’s office and reporting fraudulent deceptive practices with my credit card. I don’t understand how crooks like this can operate, they give other thieves a bad name. Rude after they deceptively steal your money! I would encourage any other victims to report their grievances to the State Attorneys Office. Let’s put these crooks out of business for their deceptive fraudulent ways of pretending to do business. Also make your reviews known to every site out there.

  Do not order tickets thru "Vacation Made Easy"! It was an absolute rip-off!!! Do not order tickets thru this vendor without checking their fine print policy and getting a verbal and written confirmation on all costs before ordering. Not once during our conversation did they explain about any costs associated with having to cancel nor did they explain about any charges for making changes to shows. They charge you $50.00 for any changes after placing an order and will only refund 65% of the cost if you have to cancel for any reason. Totally unreasonable and unethical.

  Why can I not give 0 stars? This is a totally shady and unethical operation. I ordered what I thought were tickets to a show. the confirming e-mail revealed this was a "vacation planner" that over-charged me for vouchers for tickets I could get directly for much less, without trips to their offices, etc. According to the e-mail they sent they had 24 hour phone service and I could cancel with a $50 fee. (the fee made me angry, but I was happy to suffer that just to cancel the transaction). Of course no one answered the phone or replied to the e-mail I sent. By the time I reached them the next day they only refunded 60% of what I paid them through PayPal - WAY more than $50.
  I accepted the refund under protest, and wrote yet again to tell them - of course no response. What a scam.

  Total ripoff. Site says lowest prices but charged 25% higher than venue. Also states print at home tickets but you have to physically go somewhere (they don't tell you this) to get tickets. Customer service refuses to offer any type of refund.

  VME is a total scam! I purchased 4 tickets for the Nashville Trolley Tour (highly recommend) via VME. I should have known they were not reputable when our "vouchers" were not sent via text or email; instead, they had to be picked up from a random address, 20 minutes from the Trolley site. Upon arriving at the address texted to me several times, it was the office of a Wyndham time share. When I went to claim my tickets, I was asked if I would like to get $100 off my ticket price by taking a Wyndham time share tour. When I declined, I was then told that my tickets had been sent onto the Trolley site.. When I asked why I was not informed of this so I could have avoided this separate trip, the man had no answer. I was told I could pick up my tickets at a location 5 minutes away, but when I put the address he gave me into our GPS, it was actually 15 minutes away. This didn't make sense, so I returned to the office and questioned the man again. He then said he had told me my tickets were at "Cooters," 5 minutes away, and that I could also pick up the Trolley there. We found Cooters, but it is a Dukes of Hazard museum--and obviously there was no Trolley pick up!! We were totally being sent on a wild goose chase, retribution, I assume, for declining the Wyndham tour. The lady at Cooters told me they had nothing to do with VME, but periodically people show up there looking for tickets. I returned back to the Wyndham site and this time, my husband went in with me. We confronted both the VME employee and also the 4-5 Wyndham agents. They all just smiled and told us they didn't know what we were talking about! Finally when we threatened to call the cops, the VME man printed the tickets, like he should have done an hour ago! Fortunately, the tickets did work at the Trolley, a 20 minute drive. We want to warn others that VME is a scam and this Wyndham site is in on it--they are all utterly despicable people who took great pleasure in gaslighting us!

  I ordered gold tickets thru this website and paid for them but when I picked them up I was given silver tickets. SCAM. If their was a zero, that's what they would get.
