The cashier said I had to buy a gold season pass if I wanted to go in December. Plus I would get a free re-fill cup, and 2 Bring A Friend tickets. After I purchased the ticket, she said I was 2 days late on getting the cup and free tickets ??

    Overcrowded attendance.
    Tickets are too high.
Lines are 45 minutes to 2 hours long.
Park is trashy with this overcrowd.
For over $300, my Grandson got to ride 3 rides, waiting in line 45 minutes for a refreshment, 30 minutes to use the restroom, then decided to leave after 4 hours of torture.
This is the 2nd time my family has gone through this.
This is the reason the disclosure states "no refunds" on the ticket purchase.

I have purchased season passes **** I usually do. Very saddened that Dollywood that use to be is no longer the same Dollywood. The parking lot is horrible. The employees are no longer friendly. In April when we visited I got sick and tried finding a cup of water but couldn't do to everything being closed in the park. In July had issues with package pickup and other things. In October again had issues. We purchased food and was attacked by the yellow jackets while we are trying to eat. Lines are horrible. The season passes **** not hardy used. And now they say the silver passes **** black out dates. Too much money spent for the service that you get. I have been in contact with a couple people and have asked that a supervisor or ceo calls and to this date nobody has.

As a retired nurse grandmother I bought season passes *** my children and grand children for Christmas presents, to say the least we have not even gotten to hardly use. Today we are here yet again for the whole reason I bought them to celebrate Christmas. THE PARK Is full for the multiple time. You cannot make a reservation to prevent this from happening. Per customer service we have no recourse but to wait another day, pay for travel, and still may not get in and season pass **** 1/1/2023. What a rip off. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. Buyer beware!!!!

I have been visiting Dollywood for over 30 years, and I have even worked at Splash Country for several years when it first opened. Dollywood is not what it once was and it has truly went down hill. Family of 4 attended Dollywood yesterday (Wednesday 10/12/22), and I have officially written this park off. The park was 100% over max compacity and they just keep funneling more people in. The line rides were out each door/gate to enter, and they had 1 and if you were lucky 2 rides going at the same time. Every time we got in line to ride something and waited over an hour the ride would close for maintenance. The rides that closed while we were in line was the kid cars, Lightning Rod, Dragonflier, Eagle. You had to wait so very long to even get food and good luck finding a place to eat your food. The restrooms which I have always said were nice and clean, every single one was absolutely disgusting and to top it off you had to wait in a half hour line to even use it. The price of everything continues to sky rocket and the food sucks for what you have to pay for it.
I spoke with several locals and people that have visited a lot and they each couldn't believe what a sh*t hole of a park Dollywood has become. It is so very sad to see a childhood place change to the worst experience that many of us remember to be so special and magical.
The staff was slow, not dressed nicely like they used to be, rude and irritable, and not friendly like they once were.
Now let me talk about the new exiting design of a cluster f! I suppose someone thought the new design was a great idea, but so unorganized and dangerous. People were pushing to get on the tram, crowded, and so much slower than the original exiting design.
I don't normally write bad reviews, but felt this one was deserving for other families.
