    If I could give less stars I would. Our son signed up for his new auto insurance he owns his vehicle and my husband and I told to rep in this office many times LIABILITY ONLY …. (Melinda) was the agent she said sure no problem she proceeded to add extras to our sons policy so while my son was doing the forms and signing the paperwork he signed forms for road side assistance and 4 other things I looked at the agent and told her NO he doesn’t need that we said Liability ONLY she said oh it’s included. It was NOT included you’re paying extra for it to be in the policy. Then she never sends all the signed forms in because my son gets a cancellation notice in the mail. When I go back into the office she says oh I’ll send those over now. She was NOT helpful at all my son had all different charges on his policy. I spoke with Heath from another location he was very helpful after I had explained the whole situation to him. But then I see another bill for $20 and some change so ai called again today and Melissa tells me that’s a charge for cancelling the extras that Melinda snuck in there! Not only do we get a refund for the overage they charged due to Melinda and her scamming ways we now have to pay more because my son cancelled removed what she added. Melissa places me on hold she was getting some SOS bs person left me on hold never came back on. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she says no their on vacation. I am more then unhappy with this company. They are a bunch of crooks and everyone that has them better double check your policies ! They do a lot of word play then blame you for the crap they do. BUYER BEWARE!!!
