      I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with Kroll regarding the ********* Incident Settlement. My info was sent to an old email address that has now been changed with ***** I completed an online form to have the class action code sent to my correct email address. I received a reply that I must call them or send a letter. I have held on the phone for long periods without anyone answering the calls.

      On October 23, 2025 Kroll settlement administration sent me a disbursement ID ******************* in the amount of $128 for a class action lawsut for a data breach with ********** union employees. They sent it through ***** but to account that I can't access. I made numerous attempts to contact them months ago to inform them of the new account but I kept getting auto generated replies and calling the phone you can't get a human for a complex problem. I've emailed and I've also chatted with Venmo and called no help either . So I'm lodging a complaint because that money is rightfully mines and Venmo nor kroll settlement administration is helping in any way. There needs to be a class action lawsut against both companies for poor customer service concerning other people's money.

      I received a letter from **** in 2024 stating that my personal information had been compromised in a data breach. I'm eligible to submit a claim and receive part of a settlement, but Kroll refuses to email my Class Member I. D. (which is necessary to submit the claim). I contacted them four times to provide the account ********************** they requested, but I keep getting the same computer generated response stating that they are unable to locate my record. The deadline for claim submission is approaching, so I need for Kroll to locate my record and send my Class Member I. D.

      Case Name: ****** vs Naturelo Premium Supplements, LLC Case Number: 3.22-cv-05960-DEA Over the past year I have had a claim in the above matter. The claim was approved in the amount of $623.75. Kroll issue a check to me in the amount stated. The check was issued on July 25, 2025 and the check had a printed statement (Void After September 8, 2025). The check was mailed to my previous address and remained in that mailbox until October 1, 2025 and was forwarded to my new address; even though a Change of Address form was properly completed and submitted July 25, 2025 to the *******************. On October 17, 2025 I contacted Kroll via telephone (all calls are recorded) and informed them of the aforementioned; and informed them that I was well aware the (pursuant to the Settlement Agreement) Section III (1) (f) and Section III (4) (c), that:Settlement Class Members were informed that checks must be cashed within ninety (90) days of issuance; and If not cashed within that timeframe, the check would be void and the recipient would have no further right or entitlement to any payment under the terms of the settlement.However, I would like to bring to your attention that the time period between 07/25/2025 and 09/08/2025 is only forty-five (45) days, which appears inconsistent with the 90-day cashing period set forth in the Settlement Agreement. This discrepancy may cause confusion among recipients and potentially interfere with their ability to claim the funds to which they are entitled under the settlement.Accordingly, I respectfully request clarification regarding the actual deadline for negotiating the check. If the check was issued on 07/25/2025, I understand the 90-day period would extend to October 23, 2025, rather than September 8, 2025, as printed on the check. It was mail via Priority mail ****** with the tracking number **********************. In contacting Kroll today they are not acknowledging receipt of anything.

      I filled a complaint about not getting a response from the Attorneys handling the ******** breach. The case number is ********, the Kroll company called me back and I still don't have what I need. Since I filed this complaint with you I was notified by Att that I was involved in the data breach,but they did not provide me with an ID either You have to have an ID number to file for the data breach. I always appreciate the BBB help, unfortunately my code with you response from you has expired. I've not been able to respond to your email until tonight, I'm in my 2nd surgery from being dx with breast cancer earlier this year. Kroll did contact me back, and the guy was very not very helpful . He could not tell me if I was or if I wasn't in the data breach. Att and T sent me a text and email stating I was, again no Id number.

      I believe Att and the attorneys Kroll are making it difficult for me to gather information about the data breach. I requested my phone data from *** last week. I'm just trying figure out what got leaked in the break. I received an email which I stated before from ATT last week, that my data was compromised. The email from *** this morning stated, that they can't find me , or my data in there system. Att told me to contact Kroll, or provide them with an ID number. Really?  They also gave me Kroll data breach email, and you can't move forward on submitting information without an ID number. I also contacted a different group of attorneys that is assisting with this data breach, and received an email back stating if I'm in the data breach, I don't have to do anything. That's simply not true, it's state you have to have an ID to file and if you don't have it on Krolls settlement site you can't submit anything. Getting the run around, actually when att notified last week, they were supposed to provide me with this Id, but now they want me to get it from Kroll that's handling this data breach. Recap, *** doesn't have any data from me, but I'm in cluded in the data breach, I've had service with them for 3 years, maybe 4. This is a big run around and I believe there keeping people from filing for the breach settlement money. I don't understand but this has been a daunting ridiculous task. Please help if you can.       My family have been longstanding **************. ********************** has been hired to administer the ********* breach class action settlement. We have been unable to properly submit our claim because Kroll has not yet assigned us a class member ID. We have submitted multiple requests to Kroll (per Krolls instructions) to assign us with class action ID numbers and for assistance. To date, our written claim forms and emails have been ignored. Phone assistance has been difficult to get through to and unhelpful. Kroll has not handled our claim professionally.

      I received a 1st & 2nd notice from ************ stating that my data was breached, but never received class member ID number. I've tried calling the contact number only to get an unhelpful recording of FAQs and no option to speak to any live agent & reached out twice via their website explaining my situation and have not heard back. I would like to be contacted by the firm and be provided my class member ID so I can file my claim on the settlement.

      I'm getting no response from the attorneys handling the ********* breach. The company I'm referring to is Kroll, company handling the ******** breach. I was informed I was in the data breach, but I've received no information from them. I've submitted three claim forms with my information to them giving them previous phone numbers and addresses.
