I received a notice from *** earlier this year stating that my data was breached, but never received class member ID number. I've tried calling the contact number only to get an unhelpful recording of FAQs and no option to speak to a ********** reached out twice via their website explaining my situation and have not heard back. I would like to be contacted by the firm and be provided my class member ID so I can file my claim on the settlement.Initial Complaint

I submitted a valid claim for a Kroll T-Mobile Class Action Lawsuit and was entitled to over $200 in the settlement. Initially signed up for electronic payment, but according to KROLL - as Ive called multiple times ( at least 6) since June 2025, a paper check was mailed out July 25th! It is now September! An absurd time to wait for mail from ** to MD. **************** has not been pleasant with extreme wait times, and false information. They are wrongfully holding MY money!Business Response

Kroll has failed to provide effective communication, failed to modify account ********************** for prompt payment, and has given contradictory information. They owe me money and have failed to remit payment successfully and communication with them is ardous. Kroll is garbage, cheap, and hires unfamiliar, unqualified outsourced **** to field calls. You almost feel bad for the **** just trying to make a living in their country.A detailed website and issuance dates would be more helpful. Waiting for ridiculous amounts of time just to get someone on the line to barely give you anything is a joke. This settlement was initiated in 2022, what dolt didn't think that after all these delays to not recertify payment methods, addresses can change, numbers can change. I made several attempts between ********* to update my Zelle information to no avail, only canned answers.Unable to modify my elected electronic payment method, allegedly a cheque was issued July 5th, 2025; told to wait 4 to 6 weeks; Called August 25th, 2025; told it's still coming in August; called September 2nd, 2025; told to wait 4 to 6 weeks (again), from August 25th, 2025, escalated, the 'supervisor' now says 4 to 6 weeks from September 2nd, changing what was told minutes before and several weeks before in July.I loathe incompetence and hate ambiguous vague communication. There's gotta be something or someone to hold accountable and issue penalties. Getting conflicting information every time you wait, contradictory information with each person you speak to is beyond annoying and one can only have not so kind thoughts about whoever is behind this idiotic situation. These dolts are impossible to deal with and I'll just stop there, you know, "community guidelines" ??Claim REF - 585013GF5618HBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because:
I didn't receive a settlement claim number, and my account was affected. I have proof that I contacted AT&T last year about my account being hacked. I had to change my telephone number and login information because my account was compromised. That is why I'm reaching out to you to participate in the settlement. I provided my AT&T account number so that my account could be researched, confirming that I had contacted AT&T last year. I had to update my account ********************** for security reasons. November is the deadline to contact you regarding claim information, and I am doing so now. An email from AT&T is attached, showing I contacted them last year about my account being hacked and my information compromised.Respectfully,
****** Foy

I am a claimant in the **** ********** breach settlement. When I called to speak to Kroll, it was answered by a foreign call center, that has consistently given different answers as to when the settlement will be paid out. The time frame, in the settlement agreement, has passed. Some people were told the end of August/first week in September, and some told they don't know. This is not professional, and I would like a concrete answer as to when payments, and monitoring, will be sent out.Business Response

I am part of the **** ********** class action and the final hearing was May 20th. Within that said that payment would be made within 90 days. There has been no payment from Kroll, and no updates to the website. Noone answers the phone when I call, and emails are just autogenerated copy and paste emails that don't answer my questions. I want to k ow when I will be paid my settlement. How is this company still in business when it runs so horribly? Everyone has been waiting well over the 90 days with no information or updates.Business Response

I can not get ahold of the company. My family received letters of a Data sec incident and to sign up with KROLL free 2 yrs. I have called and waited over 40 mins, got to the online chats but over 40 mins and never a person to answer. I am still waiting for the online chat, and over 45 mins and nothing. I can not sign my kids up because their bdays do not show they are 18. I sign myself up thinking I can add their information ,but no. How do I use a service if I cant get ahold of anyone. Can not find information on how to solve this ******** children are still not signed up and I have called multiple times and waited with no answer, and have sat online many time trying to figure out how to contact the company with no answers and many weeks later. Why have a phone number and online chat if you are not going to have anyone answer.Business Response
