      We bought a term life insurance policy from ********. Unfortunately, ******** sold our policy to Wilton. From the moment they took over the policy, they have sent us letter claiming non-payment, even though we have auto payment set up. Every few months they make the same claim and my husband calls them and starts the process over. At this point, I'm thinking we should just cut our losses since I doubt we would ever get paid should we ever actually have to use the policy.

      I have an annuity that was taken out many years ago. It came due in June of this year.I have been trying to get the money in this account for a couple if months.They wanted forms filled out which I did. Sent them back and still nothing is happening.Everytime I call they say it's in review. There is no correspondence from them either by phone or mail.Spoke to someone last week and she said she would get back to me that same day. I did not hear from her. I called this and they said they would a priority notice to my ******* is a constant stall on anything happening. Would appreciate your help. Thank you.

      I filed a life insurance death claim in June 2024, The agency has the claim status 'In process' with no other information, I have made various calls and inquiries to the claim with no other feedback. I spoke to supervisor Jaz and she claims it's been escalated. There has been no follow up from the agency. Claims don't take 4 months to process and provide when and how it will be paid.

      After months of phone calls and paperwork I finally received the settlement for my father's annuity but Wilton Re has no idea what they are doing. They have no idea how to calculate a claim when the initial purchase price was made with post-tax dollars. I have called numerous times and each time they tell me that a claims representative will get back to me in ***** hours but in the meantime, I can send an email to **************************************** Each time I get a reply that the email was deleted without being read in ********, *********. I tried to explain to one rep that the taxes were incorrectly calculated and come tax time, the 1099 they send will be wrong since it was calculated on an incorrect number. They do not understand that this is a non-qualified plan and there are different rules for deducting taxes. I am trying to get them to understand that they need to calculate the death benefit correctly and issue each of the beneficiaries a check with the difference.

      My grandmother passed away in may , this company sent me the paperwork for her insurance and I sent it back right away and 3 months later they are still giving me the run around . I spoke to a manager twice and they said by the end of August I should see my check and it is now September and no one is returning my phone calls.

      Received a letter from Wilton Reassurance Life Company of New York April 27, 2023 stating trha administration of contract number GA19294496 would be transferred from ******** to *************************** effective May 30, 2023.This contract is an annuity investment through ****************************. I have been receiving monthly disbursements.After transfer, distributions from Wilton have been sporadic.Have called several times for account balace. Told I would receive a letter within 10 days. Letters NEVER received. Do not know accout balance.Partial withdrawal requested and received August 2024. Still do not know account balance.I have called Wilton SEVERAL TIMES requesting account balance. Told every time I would receive a letter within 10 days. Never received a letter. Requested full balance transfer from Wilton to **** ******************* Retirement Account September 3, 2024. Called Wilton again. Told account is on hold, pending transfer. Still could not get balance.Also told there will be no more monthly disbursements.

      i got a review of my life insur policy and noticed my daughter still on it. called Allstate on 5/14/24 about it and they transferrd me to Wilton Reassurance. spoke to ********************* who ***** he would refer it over to my agent & have her removed and request a refund for me. instead, i got a letter telling me my daughter was allowed to stay on the rider until 2/13/2033. on 5/29/24, called & spoke to ****** around 10:04am. he ***** daughter should have been cancelled when turned 22, and to email company to request she be removed & ask for refund. so i did. Emailed them on 6/2/24 that my daughter who turns 25 on 7/14/24 still on my account and needs to be removed. I got another letter telling me the rider allowed to stay active till 22nd birthday and rider would be left active. sent a letter requesting cancel her. a Month later, after no reply, sent another letter asking them to cancel my 25 year old *******. this time, i got a surrender notice to cancel MY life insurance policy. there's nothing to surrender. want my daughter removed from my account so i'm not billed for her anymore and want a refund for any overpayment. If my daughter does have money coming, want only HER share of the funds, want my life insurance policy left active. i have attached copies of letters from and to Wilton reassurance. I don't know what else to do to get my daughter removed and a refund for any overpayments of HER premiums, and leaving my account active. (Do NOT want my policy cancelled at this time.) I will be on vacation 8/6/2024-8/13/2024. May be easier to email me than call, but please feel free to reach out to me at ************ if you need anything else from me. Thank you for your help with this!!

      The old life insurance company (Allstate) sold my grandmother's policy to this company without telling her within the last 6 months. They now are increasing her rates every month. She just wants to know how she can get out of the policy and if they can take any action against her if she stop paying. I'm not sure if the BBB can answer this question but she really wants me to contact you as you've helped her with issues before. Thank you for your help.

      I am the policy owner on an annuity that was through Allstate life insurance, they sold to Wilton Reassurance Company of NY. I was told about 3 months prior that I would be receiving a check for $18,000 on my 23rd birthday, June 14th of this year. After not receiving the check I called the company and they said they mailed the check out June 6th. I recently moved to ******** and the check was being mailed to my parent's house in ********. About a week after June 14th I contacted the company again because I still had not received the check. They told me I could cancel that check and have a new one resent or give them my direct deposit information via email. I had them email me their direct deposit form and filled out all the proper information and submitted all the documents they told me to via the email address they gave me. After another week and still not receiving the money I contacted them again today, July 1st of 2024 and asked them if they received my email with my direct deposit information. They told me they did not get the email and confirmed the email address. They then told me I would also need to submit a change of address form that had to be notarized. After going to the bank they told me they could not legally notarize the document because there was no place for a notary signature or a stamp. I contacted Wilton again and the same customer service rep I had been talking to for a month once again answered. I asked to speak to her superior and she transferred me to herself and used a different name. She told me the bank had to notarize the document in the blank space on the paper, I informed her the bank would not do this because it is not legal. She then told me if the bank is uncomfortable with this then I need to write a letter confirming my change of address and have them notarize it. I told her this shouldn't even matter because I'm doing direct deposit. She told me they cannot do direct deposit for this check, she is the one that sent me the forms.
