      Since my Mother's death in 2006, I have been the beneficiary of her annuity **** which was originally issued by ********. Around 2023, ******** got out of the life insurance and annuity business, and consequently the annuity was sold to Wilton reinsurance. On 12/27/23, $575.00 was withdrawn as 2023 RMD and I received a check, net of 10% withholding, for $517.50 which I promptly deposited on 1/5/******* forward one year, and I finally received an annual statement dated 1/6/25 reporting on the 2/26/23 thru 2/25/24 period. On the statement is an additional withdrawl for $476.01 dated 12/11/23 which I do not recognize. Because they do not have a portal, I called the service phone number and asked them to investigate the erroneous charge. The response I received 2 weeks later was an inconclusive reprint of the FEB'23 thru FEB'24 statement.On 5/16/25 I called the customer service number again, and this time I requested copy of the cancelled check to see who the check was made payable, and to see who, if anyone, deposited it. Was assured I would receive it within a week.

      On 03/26/2025 Wilton charged my account for $261.36. I had Life insurance with Wilton which was expiring 04/07/2025, monthly payment $30. I called to Wilton questioning the charge. They said it's my new monthly payment for renewal policy. I never received renewal quote, and I never gave anyone permission to renew my policy with monthly charge $261.36. They had my correct new address with ********************************, but they sent the quote to my old address in **. I asked them to cancel policy and refund the payment, they said I need to sent the request by fax. I sent them fax and 4 follow **** No response. I called again and they said they need signed cancellation form, they will send me by mail. I received the form, signed and mail back. After 10 days I follow up with call, and they said they didn't receive the form yet. Today on May 10, I received another letter from Wilton requesting to re-sign the form again, something about the date they didn't like. All communications are attached. I want this policy be canceled effective 04/07/2025, and I want my money back ASAP.Thank you for your assistance and help!

      Good afternoon,

      I would like to rase the issue with a privacy information VIOLATION!! I just received a very sensitive personal information from Wilton insurance ** by REGULAR mail. They sent original application with Social Security number and copy of my personal VOID check by regular mail!!!

      Also, in September 2024 when I moved from ******, **, I set up a mail forwarding service. I'm receiving daily emails with the copies of all my mail for ******, ** & ********, ** (even marketing & advertisement). All my mail is getting forwarded from ******, ** to ********, ** address. If post office would miss it, I will be able to see it in the email notification. When this happened couple times, I went to ****** and piked it up my mail (it's only 20 minutes away). Wilton Ins ** never sent the renewal quote to Dallas address. When I called to Wilton requesting a cancellation, customer service representative told me that renewal quote was mailed to NY address.

      Hello,******** sold my 10-year term Life Insurance policy to Wilton Reassurance Life Company of NY. My policy ended its 10-year term without incident. It's expired and done with, and Wilton keeps sending me premium due bills for a non-existent life insurance policy. I've contacted their company, spoke to a ***** ********, Director of Operation Wilton Re ********************************************** P: ************ F: ************, several times on the phone and by email re reiterating to him several times to stop billing me, our business had concluded on April 16, 2025. His response is, well," just don't pay the bill". That's so unprofessional to send me bills for a non-existent insurance policy, it is an epic fail on Wilton's part, and is questionable behavior for an employee of theirs. Wilton must stop sending me bills. I don't have a policy with their company, and they have been notified several times to stop sending me premium bills, and I want no further contact by the business. Thank you for any help you might be able to offer with this bizarre company and disturbing issue. Best ,******** *********

      I called Wilton reassurance Life insurance company of New York and all the premiums of $3.04 a month were paid in a timely manner I first called them two days after my mom's death on 3/28/25 and was told by the *** that they claim form was mailed on 4/3/25 I called the second time for claim forms for me and my siblings and was told it would be mailed out and was on 4/16/25 third call was on 4/22/25 and the *** named *** confirmed that each time they were mailed she was going to mail another one out now it is 05/01/25 and still no claim forms from Wilton. I did tell my attorney and he said if I do not get my claim forms last week that I was to contact him and he is going to contact Wilton I have not heard from him yet since we've had a lot of power outages due to a storm the other day that affected a large area in **************** PA I'm not sure why they are not sending me the claim forms for her policy. Her other policy already paid us out our money due to us.

      Piercing of the corporate veil is needed. A company cannot be this inept, it is intentional or willfully negligent fraud. My mother has an annuity paid out by, newly acquired, Wilton Re which refuses to pay. They claim they overpaid, and she owes them money despite the fact that they are required to make monthly payments for the next 12 years. Some calls to customer service appear to be routed far, far overseas with no intelligible communication possible. They have not made monthly payments in nearly a half year and are in breach of contract. They are scammers and are playing the numbers game with the elderly.

      Our policy was held by ******** for 20+ years. We were easily able to access our documents online through ********. Now that Wilton has purchased it, there is no longer a website option where we can see our documents. The only way we can see our policy, is to pay $25 each for them to mail us one. This is inappropriate, that we have to pay a substantial fee to see our own policy, when previously it was easily and constantly available online.

      My mother, **** ********, has an annuity with Wilton Reassurance Life Company of New York (Wilton). The contract number is ********. My mother passed away and named all her children and grandchildren as a beneficary, 14 in total. I am her son. Wilton has been very deciptful through out the process of filing for beneficary benifits. Wilton claim at first that all 14 claim forms needed to be submitted to process the claim. Months later Wilton stated that was not the case and they could process claims as the forms were submitted. Currently 13 beneficaries have filed their form with Wilton for payment and all 13 have not received any communications. Multiple claimants have called and been told first that claims will in processed in 10 days. After the 10 days passed and another called was placed the responds now claimed that the claim would be processed in 15 business days. Today when I again called after the 15 business day period had passed I was told that I needed my mothers date of birth and social security number. I have never needed that information prior in the many, many calls I have made. Previously I was able to provide the contract number and my social security. I truly believe Wilton is systematically delaying proper payment of this claim. We are very frustrated and hope you can help.

      Jan 3 2025 our checking account shows an upcoming debit of $550.40 payable to Wilton Reassur. We do not nor ever had any insurance with this company. We have never had any contact or insurance coverage with this company.We have tried to call them. We talked with 2 representatives at 2 different numbers. They forwarded us to Allstate Insurance, but probably another FAKE company at: ************. No one at that number could help us in any way. We do not have any Insurance Coverage with Wilton

      I have paid my bill and it is up to date. Every few months I receive a letter that my Life Insurance payments have lapsed and my policy is cancelled. I have spoken with **** and *********** from this company numerous times and they confirm that I am up to date and the next month I get a letter that I am behind! It is very difficult to get intouch with someone from this company in the ************* and the billing department will not speak directly to policy owners and they have no direct phone number. My policy number is 03TC070852.

      I have not heard back from Wilton Reassurance and they claim that my ppolicy is lapssed but cashed my December check.  I am NOT behind in payments and will continue to pay my monthly premium.  I appreciate you trying to help me.

      I am the beneficiary of an insurance annuity (after death of aunt) policy sold from All-State to Wilton reassurance company of ********. On last year December 1, 2023 a payment was supposed to be paid to the beneficiary but was paid to my deceased aunts bank account in error. (never corrected) Beginning December 1, 2024 benefit payments scheduled to me, never received!! (no avail, no explanation) After numerous, numerous calls to the company along with sending proper documentation thru email/mail no form of payment received!! I have letters from the company stating the amount to be paid on December 1, 2024! My phone calls are just a waste of time with nothing but more lies! After reading all of these other complaints, I realized that the government ATTORNEY GENERAL should handle this matter because, this company has major issues!! They had no problems receiving money but, payouts are extremely difficult!! Ive been calling this company over a year ago & NOTHING has happened!
