      Communication is almost nonexistent with this company. Email requests and questions are not returned in a timely manner. If you are looking for a good property management company chose someone else.

      The trash dumpster has been over flowing for more than a week. It’s also a reoccurring issue for more than a year and the HOA refuses to do anything about it. Just empty promises of individual trash pick up is coming. I’ve complained to my landlord and the HOA directly. Nothing has been done.

      I agree with most people on here, cannot ever get these people to call you back or email you. Like others on here have said, they do not enforce any of the rules, I have submitted four things in my neighborhood, and so far nothing three months later. I lived in Texas just three years ago and actually had a house not a townhome and our dues were only $85 a month and these guys were on top of everything. When property solutions of middles Tennessee took over they raised the rate, almost double and we get worse service than we have ever had.

      The worst "management" company. As my wife stated before in her review, this "management company will not return phone calls or email. After changing payment methods with their bank to pay HOA dues, they double charged my monthly dues for two months in a row. When I was finally able to reach Brittany, our property manager via e-mail, I was told repayment would be made and a check to me would be issued, this process has been going on for four months and I have been waiting to be refunded for two months.
      This company is completely untrustworthy. Run if you see a PSMT sign on a property.
