  I purchased not leased my 12X24 Building in January 2024, and finally received it late March 2024. When it was placed in the spot, I needed it in, the driver and I opened it up, and it had a 10"X12" hole in the floor, and I upgraded to the 3/4 in floor. The driver looked at me like I was crazy and didn't think it would be important before he delivered it to check it out prior.
  Well, it's almost the end of April 2024, and I still have a hole in my floor, and can't put anything in it till its fixed. Not sure Old Hickory understands I bought this large building to get my stuff out of storage, and not have to pay $300 dollars more per month.
  If I could turn back time, I would have them refund me the $12,000 dollars, take the shed off my property, and purchase from someone else that has a sense of urgency.

  Dear *****,
  We're very sorry to learn that your building arrived damaged and that you hadn't received timely follow-up communication from the repair person. We received your warranty claim on 4/12 and assigned it to the local repair team. According to our policy...they were supposed to reach out to you within 7 days of having the repair assigned to them...but it appears that didn't happen. We have been told that they did reach out to you within the last couple of days and they're scheduled to make the repair tomorrow (4/27).
  We have also spoken with the manufacturing shop AND the driver to review how the damage was caused and how a damaged building was ultimately delivered to you. We've reminded them to always do a QC check before hauling a building so that this type of situation doesn't happen again. We regret that it happened to you and apologize for the inconvenience it caused.
  Hopefully the repair goes smoothly and your building will be in good working order this weekend. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

  Brian and his company build a great Quality Shed can't beat their prices !!!!. the delivery service was 5 star !!! took the time to level it made sure the doors closed and opened properly after leveling. couldn't be anymore happier with our shed , will definitely be purchasing more sheds from them

  I ordered a shed and paid for it cash and I want back 2 days and cancel the order now I am having issues with the company in getting my money back. The worst customer service especially Ashley one of the supervisors. She never let me explain my situation she was rude and pass me to Nick left messages no return call.

  Dear *** *****,
  After researching the issue, it appears that your full refund was granted. The order was actually placed on 9/1 and your first call to the home office to cancel was received on 9/5...so the down payment had already been received and deposited. It's our understanding that Ashley explained our cancellation process to you, which requires that the funds be returned in the same manner in which they were received...by check in your case. Your refund was mailed to you on 9/14.
  We understand that you asked to speak with Ashley's supervisor and that she said he was not available, which was true. All of management was off-site at a meeting and not available at the time.
  We're sorry that circumstances have prevented you from completing the purchase of a shed, but Old Hickory has made every effort to resolve the situation for you and return your funds as quickly as possible.

  Would have given 5 stars but a little issue with craftsmanship & materials. I used to work at a lumberyard so I may be a little OCD when it comes to this.
  Found a couple 2x4's that shouldn't have been used. One in the loft area & one for a floor joist. They were twisted & cracked. I would highly recommend 3 - 4x6 stringers on a shed 10' or wider (I was given the option, hind sight is 20/20, I added a 3rd support down the middle) especially with 2x4 for joists & for the loft 10' is a awfully long span for a 2x4, maybe those should be doubled up. I think the flooring should be screwed down not nailed. Catching some nail heads here & there. My only complaints / suggestings.
  The Salesman in Stewartville, MN was very nice & was spot on with what to expect.
  Communication was great with the builder.
  Got the shed earlier than expected.
  Delivery guy is second to none, very nice.
  Shed looks great.

  We purchased a building garage a year or so ago had all our important stuff In it well they came back to get it and our stuff had disappeared the new lawnmower my deceased dad got me etc . They price gauze and are not worth dealing with then I know someone else who went and paid cash and paid it off in full but it's not been delivered they seem to be scamming ppl
