              On Feb. 23, 2024 I paid Old HIckory Sheds the stated amount. I gave the payment in the form of a check to their agent. He took an image of the check, wrote "void" on the check, and gave the check back to me.That check has not been cashed. My account information is still hung up somewhere in their system, either with the agent, their electronic media, or both. I contacted them a week ago, asking them to get it to their bank. They said they would proceed. They apparently have zero regard for the value of the information they obtain or the sensitivity of a customer's information. A consumer has the right to have their account information handled in a safe and expeditious manner. They apparently handle bank deposits on a "when we get around to it" manner. This benefits no one. I'm sure they think they have all the security angles covered. So did ******* and the U.S. Government, both of whom were hacked.

              I leased a building around Nov/Dec 2023 with the intention of having it delivered to my new property in a month or so. That deal fell through and I did not have the ability to get it until I was able to attain a property. Talked with a woman at head office that said I do not start paying payments until it is delivered to a property. I said ok and had been looking desperately for a property to purchase. I then received a bill that stated I owed $1800 for rental fees. The storage unit is still sitting on their lot! Never came in to my possession. I was told I did not pay until it was delivered. Now I lost the storage unit as well, if I want to get another unit I'd have a bad credit with them!
