  PB&J towing and the manager *** are unprofessional. They towed my friends car from an apartment complex. Once the fee was paid, my friend proceeds to leave the gate and noticed a LOUD rattling sound. Before exiting the gate he alerted the towing staff who then instructed him to wait for mechanic. We waited for about 20 min (they are open for 1 hour on weekends) he then went back to the desk and was told the mechanic was not here and to come back the following day between 9a-4p. In order to make it before they closed, my friend took off early and was told by *** the manager, he was not informed about him coming and to bring the car back tomorrow as he had too many cars to service that day. My friend then came back AGAIN and *** speaking to him thru a gate, told him he would NOT look at the car, because he was told by his driver they did not damage the car. This could have been communicated the very first day instead of having him leave work not 1 but 2 days for this. Also the car was not making this noise prior to be towed. It is obvious something happened when it was towed. This is unacceptable!

  Shady operator.******* ************** requires certain things, such as signage at entrances to parking lots where you run your racket, 24/7 monitored phone number, 7:00 am access to towed vehicle retrieval, access to person affects in the towed vehicle (in our case, needed insulin) and the towed vehicle must be taken straight to the lot, not dropped a few blocks away to speed up the next tow.All of these requirements were broken in one night, stranding us two hours from home for 14 hours.

  Went to a friends apartment at **** popular on Saturday night. Came out to find my truck was towed. While outside seen the tow truck towing another truck. Asked him if he had it and he said yes. I explained to him I lived 1.5 hours away if I could get it that night Id give him cash he said Id have to get it the next day and to call the number on the truck. Called multiple times to finally get a guy to say they was only open Sunday ****. If you have nothing better to do than drive around apartment complexs and take vehicles that nobody has complained about you are a fraud.

  This place ******** your car at 2:33 in the afternoon then when you get to the tow place which looks totally ran down they are all of a sudden closed at 3:30 in the afternoon this is a scam
