      Wogan Group manages Plantation Apartments in ******* ************ guys could careless about the *******. The building need to be powerwashed, painted, broken fence needs to be fix, the pool need to be fixed and my bedroom leaks every tine it rains. They do not fix whats causing the leak, they put "fresh water on it and vacuum the rug as the same time." The padding has never been inpected, my desk and been ruined from mold. I don't know why they will not fix up these aparents it is dilapidating around the tennants. We need someone to come in and take care of these apartnment. Wogan Group has been managing this property since December 2023. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING WITH THE WOGAN GROUP name.

      They need no more federal loans or grants until they fix the underlying issues with the communities they acquired! Makes no sense communities are paying upwards of $2,000 dollars for deplorable conditions..!!

      I did contract work for this company and I'm owed $4000 they haven't attempted to pay me in over 2months. I will be filing a lean on Forestridge Apts in *******, **. This is the worse company that I've ever done work for the city definitely needs to look into this company!!!! HORRIBLE.........

      I live in Brentwood place apts in ********. This company took over and it just went to s*** When they actually answer the phone in the office, they do 1 of 2 things: either tell u they will take care of it and never do or act like u are inconveniencing them by asking to do their job. I have mold in my apartment in both the bathrooms and my daughters room which I not only requested maintenance for but left several messages. I have an original apartment which means everything in the apt is original; stove, fridge microwave dishwasher,bathrooms. The wood is falling apart on most of the cabinets and they make the entire apt smell like decaying wood. I have vents that do not work, which was miserable during the summer and its about to be more of the same bc winter is coming. They do not care about the residents here. All theyre trying to do is get new people in so that they can ignore all their requests as well. *** asked for a new stove many times with no answer but I can see them replacing them throughout the property. If it wasnt for Covid, I wouldve left but this rent is the cheapest on the area
