I have requested repairs in my apartment and I am still waiting. My A/C Unit is in a closet and it is not working properly. I sleep in heat. I have been a tenant for 9 years at the **************************** apartments and I need the following repairs: The A/C needs to be cleaned around the compressor, the fan is half blowing, there is mold in the closet where the base of the unit has separated from the years of tape causing sweat and moisture and hopefully this is not dangerous mold that I have been breathing in all of this time. The dishwasher is leaving dirty water standing after a wash cycle. I wash dishes by hand now.. The fan in the master bathroom is making clinking noises when you turn it off. The office does not call back on any repairs. I have to KEEP calling them and sometimes they respond but most times they DO NOT. The rent continues to go up and the repairs are undone.. After several attempts to get these repairs done, I find it necessary to contact the BBB for assistance in this matter. I am not on Section 8, I pay full strength to live in my apartment. I have been under approximately four (4) property managements and this is the WORST that I have every experienced. The grounds of the apartment complex use to be immaculate but not anymore. They closed the office on our property and inconvenience us to travel all the way to the ******** location to handle any in-person business. Why? It is not fair to stress the importance of paying our rent in a timely matter and not handle repairs in a timely matter. They blow us up with emails, "rent is due" but, they don't take care of the repairs in a timely manner. My utility bill is $300.00 in electric ONLY because my A/C runs all day trying not to DIE from inside Heat. I am attaching pictures so that you can see the conditions of the A/C and my coconut oil that should be in lard form, it's liquid from the heat. I don't have money to pay Wogan and a hotel. Please help me. Thank you so very much.Initial Complaint

***** ******* Community Manager Subject: Further Response to Notice of Unpaid Rent and Disputed Charges - ****************************************** - Cessation of Harassment ********************* letter serves as a further response to your notice dated May 7, 2025, and addresses additional instances of misconduct and baseless charges. As I stated previously, I vacated the premises at ************************ on April 30, 2025, returning the keys on that same day, well before the May rental period. Therefore, any claim for May rent is unequivocally disputed. The demand for payment of $971.73 for vaguely described "damages" remains unacceptable without a detailed and transparent breakdown. After a decade of residency, the notion that I am responsible for anything beyond normal wear and tear is unfounded. The superficial repairs, such as the paint in the bathtub, which I believe were carried out by the deceased maintenance worker, Mr. ****** highlight pre-existing conditions, not damages caused by me. Furthermore, the holes in the walls were a result of displaying personal items over ten years, constituting normal wear and tear.I reiterate my demand for a comprehensive explanation and justification for the $650 that was recently and, in my opinion, illegally charged to my account, as well as the continuous $30 monthly parking fees levied for a parking space I was unable to use for nearly a year after my car was stolen and vandalized there an incident allegedly involving your maintenance personnel. So this is only a partial part of the letter I sent the full letter to your email. This only describes their dishonest nature to try to charge me when I've moved out. 4 months ago they charged me $650 for a made-up situation. This is not only the Pulse Apartments this is the Wogan group Since they are charging me $950 I would like my refund back for when I paid them $650 for money I did not owe them.Customer Answer

****** ******** is a manager over the wogan group now but she was originally from a management group called ****** *****. She repetitively hires the same type of people to mistreat the tenants of these buildings. One manager stole my identity via computer via cyber. She made a fake ****** page in my name and was tracking my whereabouts and was using my business status to help her cousin named ****** who happened to cut hair. She also participated in the illegal tolls of the tenants that lady's name was ***** ********. She works for toll companies I want to say one tow company that she work for was Superior towing. I believe this company was used to steal my car possibly twice. My car was a Kia ***** I believe that use the whole incident of people stealing them just to steal mine personally. My car was stolen by a man on their management team named ****** who is now deceased. Nothing was done about it now that ***** ******* lady decided that she wanted to charge me $10 for rent and addition to $995 she stole the $100 deposit this just recently happened. every day that I was there I was harassed she threatened to tow the car that I drive which was not my car but she threatened everyday to tow the car that I was driving until I left. She kept wanting to know information about who the car belong to so she used the situation of me not coming to pick up a sticker I was not going to give her any new information on the person who drove the car so she can further harass. She did all types of things created atmospheres where she could try to harass me then she borrowed me from coming in her office to conduct business. She said that we had to do everything via email oh and I'm leaving out the ranadia ******* lady which was her boss. Ranadia ******* was a even bigger booger bear. Very unprofessional very horrible. And dealing with my state organization she waited 5 days to tell me that my voucher was terminated. After I tell her that my mom had to deceased she walked into my apartment I told her that I had attained a lot of my mom's things she walked into my apartment and she took pictures in my apartment and in the middle of me grieving my mother's death. Just purely evil. And I am told that somebody from the ****** or apartment building tried to charge one of our old tenants that live there overcharge him I just saw him in **** Bell the other day these people need to be stopped they need to be reported they need to be exposed they don't need to manage any property. and I co-sign on it.Initial Complaint

Since living here dating back from August 2023 to now, I have had several issues with the current unit I am living in. Maintenance request has been put in for my guest bathroom several times and it has yet to be repaired. On the maintenance request work orders, the request is labeled as completed when the problem has not been resolved which means no one will be out the fix the issue until another maintenance request is put in which *** had to do before. A few weeks ago my upstairs neighbor had a water leak which came through the ceiling and into my apartment. Maintenance was contacted but no one ever showed up. I am concerned about possible molding or ceiling damage that may have been caused. I currently am having issues with my refrigerator which has went out. Emergency maintenance was contacted on 11/23/2024. I have not heard anything else back even after contacting emergency maintenance multiple times. I have kids that are out of school for the holidays and food that will be going bad soon if this issue isnt resolved.Business Response

Dear Gerbrielle,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I sincerely apologize for the ongoing maintenance issues youve encountered. I understand how frustrating it must be to deal with unresolved problems, especially when they directly affect your daily life and comfort.
Please know that I take your concerns seriously, and Im committed to resolving these issues as quickly as possible. Below is a summary:
Guest Bathroom Repair: I apologize for the repeated issues with the guest bathroom and for the confusion regarding the work order being marked as completed. We have followed up with maintenance and the steps taken to complete the repair. It is noted that the pipes needed to be replaced on the backside and that has been completed.
Water Leak from Upstairs Neighbor: I understand your concern about potential mold or ceiling damage caused by the water leak. A contractor was sent on November 27th to inspect and make the necessary ceiling repairs. He did not find anything of concern.
Refrigerator Failure: I deeply regret that you have not received a timely response regarding your refrigerator issue. I understand the urgency. Maintenance has confirmed the Refrigerator was replaced and it is cooling.
We have monitored the status of these repairs and ensure they are completed.
Thank you for your patience, and please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly if you have any further concerns or need immediate assistance.Initial Complaint
