    They are horrible . They dont want to fix anything but want you to pay rent on time .They are quick to send you to court about it to . They are infected with roaches and when u ask them about it they say other havent said anything about it . They call their selves spraying for roaches and only sprayed my living room . They have mold everywhere all in my windows.When I moved in I told them something was wrong with my tub a year later my tub had a big crack and water would not stay in .The water from my tub went into my second bedroom floor with is carpet. They first thing thru said to me was that I had to pay to get a new tub it went weeks before they found my original work order for it ave came to fix it but didnt get the water out of my carpet which cause mold to from.When my upstairs neighbor air unit go out every piece of water come down to my living wall and leaks all in my living room floor a closet which now has mold in it .My living room wall it slowing falling apart .On top of these every time they fix something it always fix improperly as if they dont know what they are doing .I do not recommend this apartment to anyone.I stay on ********** .They are horrible and need to be shut down asap

    We are sorry that ************************ is dealing with ongoing concerns in her apartment. We take all such concerns seriously and try to respond to all service requests in a timely manner.In regard to Ms. *********** concerns about roaches, her building is treated for pests on a quarterly schedule, with the last treatment completed on 12/29/2022. We order additional treatments when residents request them. ************************ has requested additional service only once, in August 2021. If ************************ is having an issue with pests, we ask that she contact the management office to arrange for additional service. If she feels that the treatments are incomplete or inadequate, she should discuss these concerns with the property manager so that appropriate action can be taken.In regard to the cracked bathtub, the move-in inspection completed on 9/1/21 showed no issue with the bathtub. The crack in the bathtub was reported on 8/2/22. The shape and appearance of the crack indicate that something heavy was dropped into the tub, which would result in ************************ being charged for damages that are above and beyond normal wear and tear, as noted in the lease agreement. The only other report of an issue with the bathtub was submitted on 9/23/21. There was no crack in the tub at that time; water splashing from the shower was causing the wet floor. This problem was resolved by the installation of guards to prevent water splashing onto the floor when the shower was in use.We have no record of a concern about mold, wall damage, or a leak from the upstairs neighbors apartment. After receiving this complaint, our personnel attempted to inspect the referenced areas, but they were unable to access the apartment because the locks have been changed. We are in the process of contacting the resident for access so that these concerns can be evaluated and addressed.
