Hello I have been a long time tenant of home river group and prior to it being home River group it was property frameworks . The customer service provided is horrible you cant get in contact with any one thru email, the portal, phone calls or anything. No one returns the call and everytime you are routed to an answering service who says someone will call you back with no call back. Im wondering it the homeowner knows the company they have hired is handling their tenants in this manner. I am being told there is no corporate office there are no supervisors and I have a paper trail where I have been trying to make contact with people and no response. This level of business is unacceptable there is no accountability.

I moved out January 31. I received a letter saying I had a $0 balance. I was told that I would receive my full deposit back by the first week of March. I havent received anything. The property manager said she would check with the accounting department several weeks ago and now will not respond to my emails nor phone calls. I would like the check for the return of my deposit in the amount of $1,250.

I applied for a rental property through Home River Group after reviewing the requirements and qualifications. After applying, the agent was prompt with requesting additional information (attachment 1). In the request, the agent listed accepted income verifications. I linked my ADP portal to the Home Review Group Application for easier employment and income verification and uploaded the required 2 months of check stubs. After I uploaded the check stubs, the agent then requested the last two bank statements. The bank statements were only a requirement IF I were self-employed, but instead of causing a delay I loaded the bank statements. Shortly after, the agent responds (attachment 2) and said my documents were flagged fraudulent. I then reviewed my official email denial, and the reason was very vague. I found my score in the bottom part of the email and they listed my credit score as 4 points below the requirement, but that's not true. I pulled my credit score and uploaded the credit report for proof with the following scores -Equifax: 662, Experian 674, and Transunion 696 - which are all well above the score requirement. My application was closed, and no further explanation has been provided ( Attachment 3) . It appears this is a continued issue from this property management group, as I've read similar stories on this site.

In July of 2022 I moved into a community that is managed by Home River Group. In August when I noticed I never received any information on my HOA fee I reached out to the company, and was told they do not see my information in the system, the house I purchase was still under the builders name. I reach out to the builder and they inform me all documents was sent to the **** This went on for 5 months of me reaching out to Home River Group. I received a letter in the mail in January 2023 telling my that I now have 30 days to pay over **** dollars in back payment. Upon reaching out to Home River group the now conveniently have my information in the system and a rep asked me if I can make a payment. Which I did for half of the balance. Upon checking my account I now have a intent to lien fee added when my 30 days has not even been up yet. This is absolutely ridiculous to give a owner 30days to pay a fee it took this company 6months to report and create, especially since I was actively doing my part.
