      Terminix making appointments without customer authorization and charging for ******************** I did not receive. I ca**ed Terminix to make an appoint on*y to find out one had been made for me without my know*edge. I never authorized the appoint, however I did ask the chat customer service rep * to have a manager to reach out to me. Rather than contacting me with a member of management the csr stated the tech wou*d fo**owup. I asked the csr again to get me in touch with a member of management. I've been attempting to reach out to speak with a member of management but ***************************** has yet returned my my messages via text, emai* or phone ca**. A tech text me today stating he was on his way and wou*d not *eave without first texting me. I didn't respond because I did not authorize the service. A few minutes the same tech text me stating he had comp*eted the service. I immediate*y went outside and no one was there. I asked the tech where he was and he never responded. I requested the tech not to charge me for services I never received and to have a member of management get in touch with me. This is the second time I'm fi*ing a comp*aint about Terminix questionab*e business practices of schedu*ing appointment without the customers know*edge. I wou*d *ike to sever my re*ationship with Terminix and for them not to bi** me for services that *************************** never rendered. P*ease see chat screen shots and text screen shots.

      I called *************** this morning about her concerns, *************** stated that she did not authorize the service performed on 10/13/22. I told her that notes showed she called into office about service and was told that she had an appointment on 10/13/22 in the system already. I explained that the system automatically generates her quarterly service and that the tech sent a text on the 12th reminding her of service. *************** said tech did not show up , I told her the service ticket shows pictures of service done and post communication with customer via text.Customer was upset of how scheduling works and said she is no longer a Terminix customer and we have nothing more to talk about. I called this morning to find a resolution but customer made it clear she did not want to continue conversation. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because: According to the person who called me (******) he stated his staff communicated to him that I had agreed to have the service on the date they decided. I made him aware that the onus was on his customer service and not me because I'd asked several times to speak with a member of management. I'd even sent ********************** a text asking for communication . ********************* read the transcript of the chat conversation I had with his customer service. I asked him if he had seen several times that I'd asked to speak with a member of management. I also stated that because I never authorized them coming to my house I wasn't going to speak the the tech because I'd asked several times to speak with a member of management,nd the tech clearly was not a member of management. Only after receiving the BBB feedback did ********************** reach out to me. I made ********************** that regardless if the tech took a pic he never came to my house and did anything. It's easy to drive up to someone's home and take a pic. I never saw the tech there at the time he claimed he arrived. According to ********************** the tech actually came to my house twice?? please see chat I made with Terminix after the tech claimed he came to the house

      I filed a complaint against Terminix a few weeks ago. Terminix informed me I would be receiving a refund back and at this time I haven't received any money back. I have tried to reach the representative who responded to my last complaint. Terminix needs to refund my money like they told me and give me the phone number of the regional manager that I spoke to.

      I have advised the Terminix technicians on multiple occasions that they need to make sure that they schedule an appointment to perform pest control on my property since they cannot access it to perform service unless I am home. I told them this was a condition of my agreeing to their service and they agreed. I also advised that they should not reach out by email as I may not see the correspondence but by phone. They sent an email on October 6 saying that they were confirming an appointment for October 8. I responded and stated that they had not scheduled an appointment for October 8 and that they should not come at that time and I would not pay for any service performed at that time. Allegedly they came on October 8 anyway (no evidence that they were actually here and no follow up call as the initial email stated would happen once service was complete), and then charged me for a service that was not performed because I was not home. When I called to complain and request a refund for a service that was not provided, they refused the refund. This is my second experience with this company fraudulently charging for services that were not requested or were not performed. Further they should not be trespassing on property at times when they do not have permission to be there (and were explicitly denied permission).

      We started a service at their location *******************************************************************. On 11/10/21. The service involved a one-year service plan that we service on a quarterly bases and come back in between regular services when they call at no additional charge which we did several times during the year they have been a customer. The customer has talked to our ********************** representatives in August and September and was explained how there is an early termination fee if cancel before October. The customer had agreed to keep the service until the year is up so they arent hit with the early termination fees. This month ends the year contract so we will cancel the agreement now so they arent hit with early term fees and no more monthly charge will hit their account.

      I contacted Terminix over 2 months ago to complete a horrible installation of crawl space vents around my home. The initial installation was ruined by the installer smearing Silicone all over the vents and brick. I had to call no joking over 10 times to the main office and regional office to finally have a reinstall. The job was so called completed today and still is not up to par. Silicone still on my bricks and the vents halfway sealed. I want a complete refund.I submitted this complaint 7/26/2022.

      I honestly don't know why I'm complaining about this contract/agreement. You have many inexperienced agents handling accounts and it's causing problems in my personal life due to their negligence.I called to have pest control and later I received the bill for $150.00 and I called to pay the bill and was told I did not have a bill due to a credit on my account. OK, this is great, however later I started to receive bills for payment due and I called again and asked for a manager and ******* told me the other agent gave me wrong information and had me thinking my account was paid in FULL...However, now I still OWE...therefore I asked for ******* to credit my account for the balance due - based on the agent providing false and misleading information and ******* said that'll will never happen and she cancelled the account without my approval. Please advise.

      This is a follow up to the original complaint that was marked resolved. I hired Terminix for pest control and bat removal in January of 2022. I had to contact BBB in May of 2022 to get them back out to the property to work on the problem. I was contacted by the branch assistant manager named ***. I was told that in order to make the issues better they would fix the issues to my satisfaction, issue a year of free pest control, extend the 12 month exclusion warranty to time of completion and finish the work in the attic. In august, I contacted the company to get them to come back out because a bat was in our house and there is a year warranty on the exclusion work that was to be extended to May of 2023, or the completion of the original work. An appointment was set on Aug 30th without contacting me to confirm that I was available, I made adjustments to my schedule and contacted *** to tell him I had to leave the house By 30 minutes after the time range that was given to us. He did not respond at all. No one contacted us or showed up for the appointment at all. I missed a day of work to meet the schedule. I called customer service and was told that the appointment was never scheduled. I gave the number that I got the text notification of the appointment through. We were also charged for the "free" pest control for the month of august. I have contacted customer service about this as well and was told that the branch never noted in my file that the agreement was made. I do have the original text messages from *** at the *********** branch and will supply those with this complaint. At this point I want a full refund, I now have to pay for another exclusion company and repairs to my attic from the original service. I contacted customer service on August 30th and have not received any communication, refund, or information. I was told this would be resolved within 48 hours.

      My furniture had bedbugs in it, so I called Terminix. They came out straight, they told me it would be 1500$ dollars. I paid and they came back and forth a few times, but the problem persisted but they didn't come back to resolve it. I have been calling and calling but can't get a hold of anyone.
