5 starsAfter we had a water boil in Memphis, we decided to have our ice machine serviced. Knowing full well everyone in Memphis was doing the same thing, I knew it would be at least a week before someone could get to us. The customer service rep was very professional and gave a reasonable timeline on when someone would be coming to do maintenance. We were surprised when the technician was at our office within a few days. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did what he came to do quickly.Memphis Ice Machine Company
