5 starsNeeded an old residential Scotsman repaired. Repairs would have been difficult b/c of age of machine, parts, etc. Instead chose a new "panel ready" Scotsman maker. Was disappointed in the apparent quality of the door of the new Scotsman, lots of plastic and my old panel would not fit the new maker (not the fault of Memphis Ice) meaning extra expense for a custom door panel.Decided to repair the old one and despite the age of my old maker, Memphis Ice was able to track down parts, repair and reinstall. The old one works well now and I'm using the new maker elsewhere. Memphis Ice employees were always helpful and professional from office contacts to the installers. All prices (from new machine to repairs and installation) were competative and reasonable.If you're in the market for repair or service, I would absolutely recommend them. I also recommend them for new machines but would advise that you know exactly what you want and what you are getting if in the market for a residential ice maker.

5 starsI had an issue with one of my ice machines. I called Memphis ********** had a repairman there the very next day. I needed a new machine, being the age of the *********** of repair.
