    I had a fantastic experience with Treadmill Doctor. They were extremely professional, helpful with finding the correct part and very prompt with delivery. They also sent me relevant ******* video links to aid me with installation. If and when my treadmill breaks again Ill be glad to go back to them.

    I was stuck in a situation where my factory treadmill belt had failed, much sooner than expected (barely 18 months). So, in researching repairs and replacement of the belt I was told it would cost approximately $300-$500 to properly have my treadmill belt replaced and my treadmill serviced. At that point I researched my options and discovered the Treadmill Doctor. Unlike the other people I contacted, they explained that I could probably do the work myself (since I have basic mechanical skills) and by ordering one of their belts, they would be available by phone to help walk me through it, if I got stuck and needed help. So, I ordered one of their belts, and started disassembling my Treadmill. They immediately provided basic videos and documentation for servicing my particular treadmill. By the time it arrived (3 days later) I had already disassembled my treadmill, and was ready to replace the belt. It took me less than an hour to re-assemble my treadmill, and another 30 minutes to adjust the tension for the new belt, and I was done. Sure, I paid a little extra for a "premium" belt, but it was a very high quality product. But, If I had paid for a service tech to do the work, they would have charged me considerably more for a factory OEM belt (of considerably less quality). Plus, I saved enough money in the process to pay for a nice new Power Screwdriver and Power Drill (which I used while doing the work myself), and I still saved at least $100.

    The lower board failed on my Nordic trac t7si treadmill. Texted in a photo of the board and serial number they had a replacement even gave me a promo code to get a discount. My treadmill is working great again at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

    Thank you for sharing your concerns yet again. We did ship you the part you ordered. Unfortunately, you ordered the part that does not go with your machine. We tried to help you get the correct part, but you were unable to supply us with your machine serial number which is necessary in ordering the correct part.

    A couple of years ago I ordered repair parts for my 16 year old treadmill and was very satisfied. Called for some technical assistance today thinking I'd be ordering parts again. The support technician advised two maintenance procedures to try first; that worked and I saved myself a few hundred dollars. 5 stars.

    The rubber rollers of my Proform elliptical fell apart in pieces. I found and order replacements from Treadmill Doctor and they worked perfectly. Considering that without the rollers the elliptical would need to be discarded, the price was fair, and they shipped the package quickly.

    After the incline motor failed on our Proform elliptical, I ordered a replacement from Treadmill Doctor. I received the motor in 3 days, but it was damaged in shipping. I e-mailed Treadmill Doctor explaining the issue. I received a response in less than 30 minutes and a new motor was shipped out same day. Will use exclusively for future orders.
