    I am a traveling professional who used this cleaners frequently. Mistakes had been made in the past but they were corrected so no need to complain. However, recently I had an issue where I wasnt sure if I had lost clothes there, or whether my spouse never actually dropped them off. I went to the cleaners and saw no clothes there that belonged to me so I told the man helping that next time I drop off clothes I will get a ticket for them which I have done before as this would solve the problem easily. When I went in today to drop off clothes, the woman that was at the counter rudely refused to give me a ticket to account for the clothes I was dropping off and when I tried to explain why she began yelling at me telling me if I had lost clothes I would not come back. Trying to tell her I wasnt sure what happened so I am requesting a ticket so I can keep track was useless because she wasnt listening, only yelling, telling me to go somewhere else because it would take her too long to do the ticket. I told her it was shady for her to refuse to give me a Mercury Valet ticket for my clothes and I wanted to speak to the manager, then she said she WAS the manager. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me to call but when I called she cursed me out. When she started yelling at me I yelled back that I couldnt believe this was happening because I asked for a receipt. All I can say is beware of any business that refuses to give you any proper type of receipt for valuables you entrust to them and yells at you when you ask for one. It got so bad with the lady yelling and me yelling I cant believe this is happening that two other ladies came to the front but NO ONE tried to de-escalate or determine what was happening. To top it all off, I could hear them all laughing at me as I left. This was a terrible experience. Beware of this business!! The gentlemen that work there are reasonable in my experience, but the female mgr is absolutely horrific, lazy, and shady.
