The stitching on the right side of my shirt is comming apart it was not like this when I gave it to them . I want a refund .

I spoke with ****************** by phone today April 24th, 2023 regarding the complaint about the stitching on his garment. We have agreed upon an amount of $25.00 to be paid by Mercury Valet Cleaners, LLC to ***************************** as a settlement for the cost of repair. ****************** stated the actual cost to be $20.00. A check will be mailed to ****************** as of this day, April 24th, 2023. The check being mailed will include an additional $50 as settlement of a separate complaint for a garment ****************** requested reimbursement for. The total amount of the check mailed today is $75.00. Receipt of said funds will act as settlement costs to resolve all claims and disputes by ***************************** against Mercury Valet Cleaners, LLC.

I went to pick up ** clothes today august 6th . I took in two items my top and a white pair of pants . The pants just needed to be cleaned but I was told that they needed to be soaked and after a day I called and was told that there was issues and needed to stay longer so I later waited another day and today I got my pants and it was a bad blue stain and brown one on my pants . I paid 50 dollars for the jeans I just want my money so I can buy a new pare . Iv had these pants cleans many times in ********** ******** and in ******* and never had them come out like this . This was very clareless and to make this write I want my money for the jeans . I paid for the top even it had a small stain in it but Ill take it somewhere elseBusiness Response
