    I want a job where I get paid to be stupid! For almost 6 months they can't even spell my simple first name. After getting off the phone with them my phone locked up all day and they tried to convince me there was something wrong with the phone. Once the phone was refreshed and an agonizing two phone calls and 45 minutes and being transferred to five specialist, lol. They disconnected me once again when I said the screen was responding and I had to call back for 20 minutes and three transfers to somebody who knows what they're supposed to be doing, in order to get a refresh done to my phone. It took an hour today calling them to get my information correct on my account. Incredible how bad our country became and the last 4 years. There is no integrity or quality with these people over the phone that work at home, which I'm all for working at home but not when you don't pay attention to your job.

    I placed an online order 08/01/2024 upon completion of the order, I saw that it had placed my old address as shipping, and I know I had put my new address. I immediately called customer care and they informed me they could not change it or cancel it. They told me to wait until the order was rejected and to have it return back to sender. I asked the representative, what happens if the people at the old address does not return it. So I’ll be paying for a phone I don’t even have and it’s an iPhone 15. It’s 8/03/2024 and the order still hasn’t shipped out, most ethical companies can make adjustments before the item ships out and I have no confirmation of the order sent to my email. The representatives are useless when the system is pathetically broken. Why send it to my old address I don’t even live in that city! I have been with boost since 2012 and it’s really saddening that they don’t care about their loyal customers. They didn’t even try to help me. I don’t upgrade my phone ever but I went ahead and did it now I regret it. I will take this to small claims court if they are going to make me pay for a phone I don’t have. They need to reevaluate their policy.

    Was ******** ********, they switched to Boost. No communication for three months. Finally contact, bought new phone, paid it off. Service was unsatisfactory, so switched carriers. ALL kinds of trouble from Boost. Wont unlock phone because i didnt finance it? What? I paid it off. Wont accept a return? It less than a month old and unused since its LOCKED. Boost is garbage customer service. Polite, money grubbers who steal from u and refuse to unlock what you paid for.

    Boost mobile is a scam. I had switch my son’s phone number over when they had that special promo to get the IPhone SE Free when switching. I switch him & myself & left my other children with metro. My son & I stayed with boost for 4 months & I went to switch us back to ***** & they told me my son had to be with boost for six months before we switched. So after that I was very upset but what could I do but leave my child with boost. I returned to ***** with my other children & my youngest remained with boost. It would only be a couple more months, The next month I was late with his bill & I told him I would pay it next week. A couple days later my son came to me thanking me for paying his bill. How? Wow, did boost get upset because I told them I was going to be changing carriers & put me on auto pay without my consent. The next month same thing, automatically taken out my account. But during this month fraudulent activity was going on with my account so I cancelled my card. The next month the tried their automatic payment & it was denied because my card was cancelled. That month I used a totally different card to pay his bill that was not associated with my bank account. I did the same thing for last month & so did they with trying to get payment from a canceled card. This month again they tried to get money from a canceled card & failed. & when they failed I don’t know how, but they got my new card info even though I never paid my bill with this new card & I have never, even with the old card, gave boost mobile authorization to ever auto pay my card for payment. Boost mobile has fraudulently taken money from my bank account & when I got there IPhone I was never advised I had to stay with there company for a certain time period. Boost mobile is a scam & are illegally taking money from people’s accounts.
