    I have a cell phone account with this business. I recently asked them if they had an unlimited data plan. They said of course they do. It's literally called the unlimited data plan. A couple months went by and this last month I received a text message informing me that my high-speed data was about to greatly be reduced to crawling speed because it said I had used up all of my high speed data. Obviously I became furious and called them and told them that is false advertising and it is completely misleading. They already have had a complaint in 2021 from one of the regulatory agencies for Fair advertising practices. But yet they continue to mislead people into thinking they are paying for something that they are not. I want what I pay for every month. I want unlimited high-speed data like I asked for to begin with. This is precisely why I paid for it because I didn't want to run into this problem. Someone needs to hold this business accountable for this shady business practice because it's false advertisement

    I been with boost mobile over 2years . I broke my phone and was told by boost that I had insurance to contact them .well I did and was informed by them that I did not in fact have insurance and that boost mobile had been over charging me 7 dollars a month since Oct. Of 22. They investigate this claim and agreed that they had in fact been over charging me . They credited my account but I wanted my money back in my bank account . It's my money . They gave me credit on my account but I can't do anything but pay my phone bill and I'm leaving boost going to ******** I want my hard earned money back in my account where it came from. They're being disrespectful hanging up on me doing all kinds of bad business. They act like they doing me a favor by giving me my money back ..I won't my money on my bank account not on a app

    I paid my phone bill and my service was not restored. So I returned to the store and paid my phone bill a second time. My phone service was still not restored. So upon my third visit to the store they corrected their issue and my service was restored however they refused to refund me one of my payments mind you I made two payments for one month of service and they would not refund me my second payment. Therefore they owe me $54. I spoke to the district manager / franchisee and he too refused to refund my money. Even though I am clearly owed money where I made two payments for one month's service

    Dear BBB, 

     

          My name is *********************** I am the district manager for Boost Mobile *******. We got a complaint about a customers bill. I talked to the customer the issue here was that he first paid at boostmobile.com and as you guys know we are a franchise. We can not return payments that aren't made at the store as they go to Boost Mobile cooperate. We explain to the customer that he needed to call customer support *611 to get the money refunded to his card. The customer preceded to get angry and screaming at us. He says that we owe him $54 dollars, but that was paid online so we don't have a way to do a return because it wasn't paid at our store. The second time he did paid at the store and we fixed the issue, but he keep demanding to get a refund for the first payment that we couldn't give back to the customer. Customer also didn't want for us to call customer support  because they take "to f* long" so he was told to dispute the transaction with the bank.
