    Absolutely horrendous customer support I purchased some supplements back in December and I sent them the 305 dollars through zelle. I kept reaching out to them over and over and they finally reached out to me saying that their payment processing was having “issues” so they didn’t receive the payment. I’ve continuously been reaching out to them and their only response is that they’ll look into it until recently when they said they didn’t receive the payment although I sent them pictures of proof of payment. They said If they didn’t receive the payment that my funds would be sent back to me on zelle. I sent them my activity log on zelle and it was visible that I sent them the money but that I had never received the money back. So they just outright scammed me from 305 dollars. Their service had been horrible and I’m absolutely appalled at the fact that I’ve even had to deal with this financial situation they put me in.
